Nikki is the best Tour Guide Eva! - Nikki my guide was amazing! She made the tour so much more than I could have hoped for or was expecting. She took so many beautiful photos that I’ll have as memories now and wow she got some great shots! Thanks Nikki 🥰 You made my day and tour absolutely sensational! The Grand Palace is a must see and doing it with a guided tour worth every cent (it was actually so cheap!)

A beautiful palace - The tour was quite informative. Lots to see and the palace was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the palace, the kings and Thai tradition. He also assisted with taking pictures and suggested different locations. I was very impressed with him.

Stunning architectural and cultural marvel - Stunning details, mosaics, gold plated structures, hand wall paintings, murals and giant statues of demons of ancient lores. Do carry shades, umbrella and water if hot. Wear attrire which covers you properly or you will have to buy. Foreigners have to buy to tickets.

Very interesting tour of Bangkok’s most treasured sites - Nikki was our knowledgeable guide and we were lucky that it was just my husband and I on the tour. She was an excellent guide, teaching us about the Grand Palace and Temples and the meaning behind the art and architecture. It was very hot and she made sure we were as comfortable as possible with water and cooling cloths. Highly recommend!

Go in cool weather - The Palaces were breathtaking,.magnificent. our guide was very engaging and knowledgeable. But the tour was conducted outside - not inside the buildings as I had anticipated - and it was a scorching 40 deg - made our experience terribly uncomfortable..I absolutely recommend going in cool weather.

Lovely guide but not a guided tour - If I were to rate the guide by herself, I would give her 5 stars for her care and attention. However, I booked a guide because I wanted to learn about the history and I really didn’t learn much.

Very (too!) speedy tour - Sunday was a very pleasant young man and told us a lot about the history and culture associated with the Grand Palace. However we were with a younger couple and quite often he marched ahead talking to them so we didn’t hear what he had to say about various artefacts. And he did not give us time to stop and take photos. I felt like he was on the clock the whole time (he probably was, as there was a 10am tour). Viator, don’t expect your guides to route march people around such beautiful sites, give them time to let us appreciate them!

Don’t book this tour!?!?! - Dave (who organises this excursion) is terrible! Very money grabbing and not understanding whatsoever. We wanted to go to the temple without going inside but yet we were expected to pay regardless. Then as we weren’t dressed for the temple we were told to go by clothes. Absolutely not. Regardless of how ‘cheap’ clothes are in Thailand. It www even an issue finding the tour guide as he wasn’t carrying a sign or anything. As ‘cheap’ as the tour is I don’t like to be forced into doing something. With the agent lacking empathy I’d never do this trip via viator! Book elsewhere!?! You’ve been warned
