guide was really nice and... - guide was really nice and friendly, she always tried to give us flexibility and space. She took nice pictures from us. She was really funny :) Would definitely recommend!!

Nikki our guide was... - Nikki our guide was amazing! She gave us some much great info on the architecture and history of the royal family. I would definitely book this again! Just know you need to meet right at the pier as the meeting point was a little confusing but we messaged with the company and they responded right away.

Good customer service and Helpful Guide - The tour agency provided clear instructions on the meeting ooint, supplemented with photos. They were responsive when I contacted them through Tripadvisor on the day, that I might be slightly late. Our tour guide Nikki was very friendly and helpful. It was just two of us on the tour, and Nikki was able to find us spots that are less crowded for photos. She also did her best to share as much information as she could, and proactively helped to take pictures or pointed us to nice spots for pictures. Nikki was mature and demonstrated good EQ in the handling of an intrusive couple who interrupted the tour. A couple asked Nikki to help them locate the meeting point for a tour that they had originally booked. When they could not provide the full address for Nikki to help them, they hitchhiked our tour directly, and asked Nikki to show them around. Nikki politely checked on the side with those of us on the tour first, before telling the couple that it was alright for them to join and informed them of the additional charges for entrance fees. Midway through the tour, the couple took their own time and we eventually lost them as they took a lot of time taking photos, and did not follow the tour closely. Nikki tried to find them and made the call to proceed without them to avoid delays to the main group. We appreciated that she patiently took care of each of us and also handled the natter smoothly.

Beautiful! - Both the temple and palace are in the same spot. The architecture is stunning, especially the Emerald Buddha tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable and open to answering any question. The water provided is a nice plus.

Do not miss the Grand Palace. - Our guide was good, very knowledgeable, very efficient and made sure we were in the best places for photos and opportunities. Also made sure she spoke to us in shady spots as the sun was very strong. There were only 4 in our group which was great. But I would recommend going on the morning - it was soooooo busy and hot !

Very disappointing. - Very disappointing. The tour guide rushed through the visit. It was more like a person who gave a few directions, a couple of info and that is it. We regret taking the tour guide. We would have hoped for more info about the buildings and the palace, more explanations.

This company along with Tripadvisor failed us - Wander Siam is a totally inflexible company and neither Siam nor Tripadvisor helped us to rearrange the booking at short notice when we were wronged by another booking. You are better off with someone who got better customer service.
