Fun day out with friends visiting Bangkok - Kh Joy was a great guide and we really enjoyed seeing this part of Bangkok by private boat and with her knowledge of the area. We were two adults, two children and loved the artists house, orchid farm, eating fried banana bought off the boats and the giant Buddha. She was accomodating making some changes to the day so we could also see Wat Arun and the reclining Buddha after lunch on the river. A top day out!

Beautiful day in Bangkok - This was an excellent way to explore the city from an insider's perspective. Ms Aom was a kind and gracious guide to me and my mother. She met us at our hotel lobby and laid out our itinerary. As we walked to the Sky Train we chatted and got to know one another. After the Sky Train we walked through a few Temples, fed the fish in the canal, and visited an enormous Golden Buddha. Ms Aom shared a little history and trivia but kept it fun and casual yet informative. She even gave us lotus flowers and showed us how to fold the petals inward before offering them to the Buddha. Then we got on a private long boat and motored through the canals to the Artists House. During the boat ride she pointed out a few things but mostly left us to enjoy the beautiful scenery. She got us fresh juice and snacks at the Artists House while pointing out all the adorable details that would otherwise be overlooked. We then took another boat through the canals out to the river where we ported at a waterside, multi-storied restaurant. She set us up at a rooftop table, ordered us snacks and beverages, and then left us to enjoy the sunset. After the sun went down she escorted us onto a local bus back to our hotel. Throughout the tour she discreetly took photos and then sent them to us after the trip!! Once we were back stateside we loved being able to relive our afternoon in Bangkok with Ms Aom through all the pictures she snapped. She was really excellent at reading her audience and giving us exactly the tour we wanted. Highly recommend!!

A truly unforgettable trip with Ms Joy - Had the most amazing trip with Ms Joy. She was so knowledgeable and friendly - a real pleasure to be with. The trip was fantastic from start to finish. Ms Joy met us at the hotel and guided us to our boat. We then went up the river and diverted off to the canal. The boat ride was great going through the loch and then powering along the canal looking at the different houses and buildings on the riverside. Places you would only see on a tour like this. We also went to a local food market which was enormous and visited an orchid farm - such lovely experiences. We finished off at a temple before at our request the boat dropped us off at Wat Arun to visit this and Wat Pho under our own steam. A truly unforgettable experience Ms Joy. PS thank you for our gifts (the food was delicious). I would certainly recommend this trip.

Memorable experience - As we had just one full day in Bangkok, and had been here before, we were looking for something slightly different so we pre-booked this tour. The cost may seem high compared to others but when you consider that you are picked up at your hotel and dropped back and that you have the boat exclusively, it is a superb way to see the city from another angle. Our guide, Joy, was excellent. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable plus her English is very good so we were able to learn a lot about the city and the people. So, highly recommended and a memorable experience.

Canal tour worth it! - Our lovely guide Thim Thim met us at our hotel and arranged transport for us to the pier. She provided good care and helpful guidance throughout. Her English was excellent which we really appreciated and the long tail boat captain was a master maneuvering through the canals! At the market, (fyi its not a floating market but one that is accessible by boat), Thim Thim provided unique snacks and drinks of Thailand, which was a really nice touch. You could also buy lunch there. Not much opportunity to shop there but this tour is really meant to site see the unique homes along the canal and observe how the communities live on the canal system. We stopped at a small orchid farm and an Artist house community, which was really cool and interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour. They accomodated us last minute, they are easy to communicate with over telephone and whatsapp. Thim Thim made sure we got to the next destination (icon siam mall) safely and showed us how to get back to our hotel safely. She went above and beyond and made our day so special!

Do not book here! Bad quality - Do not book here!
we should have a nice boat tour with private gite for 1,5 hrs
first they did not come, after 3 times calling a guide came, much too late.
we went on the boat and the guide did not inform us at all.
in 45 minutes we were back.
guide told us than that she only could speak German.
we as Dutch can speak German as well but we prefer English.
So book at a proper place lake Co van Kessel where we had a tour the day after.
