Begin with a warm welcome, gearing up, and a comprehensive safety briefing for the first 10 minutes. The following 10 minutes are dedicated to driving instruction at our facility, ensuring everyone is prepared for the adventure. The main attraction is the ATV tour through picturesque landscapes, tailored to accommodate different rider skill levels. Breaks will be strategically placed during the tour, providing opportunities for stunning photos and a chance to enjoy the peacefulness of Thailand’s beautiful countryside.
• Wat Samana Kottharam - Located near Wat Kudidao, Wat Samana Kottharam underwent extensive restoration under the guidance of Chao Phraya Kosa (Lek) and Phraya Kosa (Pan) during the reign of King Narai the Great. The temple’s central feature is an impressive prang, designed in a style reminiscent of Chedi Chet Yot in Chiang Mai. The prang is notable for its doors on all four sides and is crowned with a distinctive wooden gable roof.

Inside the ubosot, the main attraction is the revered Buddha image known as ‘Phra Si Samanagot Bophit.’ This intricately crafted sandstone masterpiece, dating back to the early period of the Kingdom of Ayutthaya, depicts the Buddha in the Bhumisparsa Mudra. Additionally, Wat Samana Kottharam houses a notably large stupa, showcasing a unique style believed to be inspired by the Seven-Spires Temple in Chiang Mai. The name “Dusittharam” is derived from the Sanskrit word “Tush,” symbolizing contentment and the fulfillment of desires.

The monastery covers a large area, divided into an old and a new section. The old part features a significant chedi, a vihara, and an ordination hall or ubosot, highlighting the temple’s historical charm. • Wat Maheyong - Situated just outside the eastern end of the ancient city of Ayutthaya, Wat Maheyong, a Buddhist monastery, remains in a state of ruins despite undergoing several restoration efforts throughout its history. Built in the 15th century, it was likely intended as a meditation center, and its red brick walls are still visible from afar. Designated as a national historical site by Thailand’s “Fine Arts Department,” the monastery’s ordination hall (ubosot) serves as a venue for religious ceremonies, with Buddhist monks actively encouraged to officiate during auspicious periods.
