Mountain Bike Tour in China Mai - I was spending some time in Chiang Mai and came across Trailhead when I rented a city bike for a few days. I decided to try one of their mountain bike tours. It was run very professionally, with a safe, friendly, challenging and adventurous feel. All the staff at Trailhead were very helpful and friendly. you guys rock and thanks for making my stay in Chiang Mai even better. I am coming back for more coffee.

Highlight of my ChiangMai trip - This tour is absolutely the highlight of the whole Thailand trip. The trip is so well organized, and the timing of snacks is just perfect, we have ice water, cold coconut, and watermelon. So thoughtful! I love riding in the jungle, it's just the right amount of challenge for a beginner mountain bike rider like me. The sticky waterfall at the end is like a reward, perfect for the summer weather.

For action-orientated travellers, this is a must - Really well organised tour. Excellent quality mountain bikes - disc brakes, decent gearing, well maintained - guide was superb and so were the rest of the team. Ample snacks and drinks throughout and a yummy lunch to finish with. Will definitely look to use them again, do not miss out if you enjoy ACTIVE holiday experiences.

Highlight of our trip - Highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai. My kids 13 and 12 loved the adventure through the jungle. The tour guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. The mountain bikes were in great condition. Walking up the waterfall was amazing, great photo opportunities. Tasty lunch too. Highly recommend Trailhead

The use of a comfortable air-conditioned van for the trip was a welcome departure from the norm, ensuring both comfort and safety. Experienced and Light-hearted Guides - It was my first time on mountain bike and off-road cycling (I do mainly roadbike). Lek is very experienced and he knows that I only needed to get comfortable with the bike first. He knew to lower the saddle and to increase later for better power in cycling uphill. I loved that Lek also shared his experiences, what to look out for and his humour is definitely one way to kill off jitters! Thew who was the guide at the back, took care of me well - calling out for areas to turn off and look out for in the off road course. Both Lek and Thew are very patient and made my first time experience wonderful and less intimidating. Nope, I still will not do off-road bike when I return home 😅🫣

Great ride, helpful staff, excellent bikes. - Great ride. Excellent bike (both my son and I were given a TREK, gears shifted properly and breaks were excellent as well) . Good mixed of dirt trail in forest and quaint roads. On top of the ride, I would also highlight the boat ride which makes the experience even better and the finish on the waterfall makes it really fun. Visit of a cave was also fun for the kids. Guides were super helpful and very gentle in ensuring everyone was following along. There is car following up with water and soda and fruits. So no need to stress about any of that.

Sticky waterfall biking trip - We had the most fantastic time with Trailhead. They picked us up from their hotel and took us to their office for a safety briefing and a coffee (included in the price!). We had two vans following us for the bike ride (the passenger van and bike van) and the guides were fantastic. It was a really great ride (albeit quite exhausting!) and fantastic experience. There were lots of water and snack breaks too! Sticky waterfall is beautiful, and lunch was at a really delicious noodle restaurant. An absolute bargain! We'd definitely take a Trailhead tour again without hesitation.

Best Day Tour of our Trip! - We can’t say enough great things about this trip. The small group allowed us to connect with our guides and fellow travelers. Snacks and rest stops were perfectly timed and the guides gave just the right amount of support to ensure that everyone had a great experience. This was the best tour activity of our entire time in Thailand thanks to the care and attention to detail in planning the trip. Our guides were kind and generous- thank you!
