Super day trip - Was an amazing trip. The guide Tai was fun and gave us so much information. Highlights bee farm and starfish beach but all activities were great. They were kind enough to return my forgotten shoes too!

Great guide - Great tour. Weather forced a cancellation of one activity, so guide Ren added three more fun things!! Ren was funny and taught a great deal about Vietnam.

Adventurous EcoTour - kayak, hike, eat, swim, relax - Our tour guide Melon, and the driver Mr Island were excellent. Melon gave us so much information about Phu Quoc, and made it fun by giving us riddles and jokes throughout the day. The start of the day was a kayak trip up the Can Cua river, you can go as far as you want within about an hour. There are coconut boats along the way spinning people and plenty of nature to see. the next stop was a local farm where we tasted local honey and toured the gardens. Next was a forest hike. Melon took us to a secret beach at the end of the forest trail. Then it was lunchtime. We ate at the floating restaurant on the north of Phu Quoc. Melon recommended the Grilled Cobia and it was amazing! Finally we boarded a small boat and went to Starfish beach. There were more starfish than people. The water was crystal clear. If you are looking for a tour away from hoards of tourists, I highly recommend this north Phu Quoc tour with Johns Tours, and if you are lucky you will get Melon and Mr Island! Also this is so much easier and safer than renting a moterbike and trying to figure this out for yourself.

A very enjoyable experience - Our family enjoyed this tour very much, especially the visit to the floating fishing village and the starfish breach which was the biggest hit! We’ve never seen so many starfish at one place. The tour guide Woa was funny and knowledgeable and always happy to help ensuring everyone had the best experience. Highly recommend this tour.

A great experience! - We’ve enjoyed this tour very much, our guide Woa was very knowledgeable, funny and caring, always ensuring that all of us have a good experience. We especially loved the floating fishing village and the starfish beach, we’ve never seen so many starfish. My children loved it so much! Recommend this tour to everyone visiting the Phu Quoc island, it’s a great way to get to know a part of this beautiful place and experience the amazing scenery.

Starfish beach - We had a lovely day with kajak, beefarm, walk in the woods and swimming at starfish beach! I enjoyed Starfish beach the most, fantastic!

Activities with Magician - Great tour. My guide Mr Magician was super funny, entertain us even we wanted sleep in the bus haha. Kayaking on the river was great , I love the walk in jungle national park(only wish to have longer trekking but rest of park is for scientist and military) , next was bee farm which I love it , we could raste honey and buy some jars. Fisherman village and lunch was delicious,next speeds boat to starfish beach was great. Very nice , clean beach belongs to park do no resorts there jejjjjjj :D . Best tour on the island !

A decent day trip worth taking . - You start the trip with the kayak on the river, it’s fun more for the sport than sight seeing, you see some vegetation on the banks and at one point there is a stage where a woman was singing music which was nice. We enjoyed the ride even if it was windy and paddling upstream was a little more difficult, but the challenge added to the fun. After we visited the bee farm where we were told a little about the bees and tasted multiple honey types . It was quite nice. After we ate lunch on the floating village while waiting for the boat to take us to the starfish beach. The lunch was good but nothing out of the ordinary for Vietnam. The starfish beach was really beautiful and full of starfish but please parents with children explain to them that the starfish are not toys to be played with and after to leave them on the sand to die. I think every guide explains this yet there were a lot of children doing this and also adults taking pictures with them outside of the water for a lot of time. Also the walk in the “jungle” could be taken out really, it was just 15 minutes walking on a path in the forest then coming back on the same path 15 minutes. I love nature walks but this seams like something to fill the time. Overall a decent day trip which we enjoyed but nothing exceptional or out of the ordinary, the highlight is the starfish beach. Thank you !

Mediocre trip - The trip was just ok. The best part was the bee farm and lunch. The boat ride was just ok. The starfish beach was ok but small. The forest walk was a waste of time. Nothing to see really but trees. Had to walk single line so our guide didn’t wait for the whole group to arrive before speaking so only a few in the front heard what he was saying. All these guides need a headset and smart speaker for everyone to hear properly
