Ko Phi Phi Lee - Ko Phi Phi Leh, part of the Phi Phi Islands in Thailand, is a stunning tropical haven renowned for its dramatic landscapes and crystal-clear waters. The island is celebrated for its picturesque bays, including the famous Maya Bay, framed by towering limestone cliffs and lush vegetation. With its pristine beaches, vibrant coral reefs, and azure waters, Ko Phi Phi Leh offers exceptional opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and exploring its breathtaking natural beauty. This uninhabited island captures the essence of tropical paradise, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking both serenity and adventure in Thailand’s Andaman Sea
It is in Krabi Province of Thailand and is part of Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park -
Loh Samah Bay - Loh Sama (Sama Bay in Thai) is one of the most famous sites of Koh Phi Phi Leh which, we have to admit, hosts a fair deal of outstanding attractions. Located on the eastern side of the southern tip of the island, it features a small islet in the centre of the bay and a tiny beach at the backside of a small canyon on its northern part. Loh Sama is reputed for its snorkelling and diving opportunities. The famous Maya Bay is separated from it by a limestone cliff, which is pierced by a small hole allowing passage at low tide. A wooden staircase and terrace has been built on the Maya Bay side, offering visitors a great vista over Loh Sama and the islet.
-
Pileh Bay - Pileh Lagoon is a small inlet on the second biggest of the Phi Phi Island archipelago, and actually is separated from Maya Bay (The Beach) by a sheer limestone cliff face. The water inside this beautiful lagoon is of the most crystal clear azure waters you may have ever seen.
-
Koh Khai Nai - Two of them (Koh Khai Nai, Khai Nai Island) have become popular for their superb sandy beaches and incredibly clear water where a swarm of colourful and friendly fish come to swim around you. Such landscape makes incredible photos to take back home, but you must remember that feeding the fish is strictly forbidden: What seems to be an innocent gesture or even a nice thing to do for the fish translates into an ecological catastrophe.
-
Viking Cave - Viking Cave is one of the most notable sites on Koh Phi Phi Leh. Located at the bottom of a tall limestone cliff on the northeastern side of the island, it takes roughly 30 minutes to get there by long-tail boat from Tonsai Bay (the main pier in Phi Phi Islands). Known as Tham Phaya Nak in Thai, Viking Cave owes its name to the paintings found on the eastern southern walls of the cave: they represent various types of boats, including what resembles a Scandinavian drakkar. These paintings are certainly quite recent, and were possibly realised by sailors taking shelter in the cave during a storm.
-
Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint - Arrive at Phi Phi Don Island. Have Buffet Lunch at beachside restaurant (Halal Food available). The hike to the viewpoint, though steep, rewards visitors with one of the most picturesque landscapes in Thailand, where the dramatic beauty of the islands unfolds in every direction. Whether you’re capturing photos of the mesmerizing scenery or simply soaking in the view, the Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint promises an unforgettable experience. Free time on Phi Phi Don for exploring.
-
Maya Bay - Maya Bay is a stunningly beautiful bay that’s sheltered by 100-meter-high cliffs on three sides. Inside the bay, there are several beaches, most are small, and some only exist at low tide. The main one is around 200 meters long with silky soft white sand, colorful underwater coral, and exotic fish in clear water; the whole bay is one big reef.
-
Monkey Beach - Monkey Beach, located near Krabi Town, Thailand, is a charming and lively spot known for its vibrant natural beauty and playful residents. This picturesque beach features soft white sand and clear, turquoise waters perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The beach is famous for its cheeky monkey inhabitants, who often entertain visitors with their playful antics. Surrounded by lush greenery and dramatic limestone cliffs, Monkey Beach offers a unique combination of natural splendor and wildlife interaction, making it a delightful destination for those looking to enjoy both the beauty of Krabi’s coastline and a touch of adventure.
