Details of the meeting point will be provided prior to your travel. Our Greeter staff (not the driver) will be holding a name-board with your lead name and waiting at the arrival lounge meeting point. Once they meet you, the Greeter will call the driver who is on standby outside the airport, and your driver will be waiting at your terminal accordingly. All incoming flights will be monitored. Pricing includes 90 minutes of waiting from the time your flight lands; however, if any unexpected situation arises, the wait will be extended for passengers who contact us if they encounter trouble with luggage or the Immigration line.
