Setting Sail on a New Adventure

After leaving my finance job in Seoul to backpack through Southeast Asia, I’ve been on a quest to find the most budget-friendly yet unforgettable experiences. Our final stop was Maya Bay, famous for its appearance in a Hollywood film. Although it was crowded, the afternoon light was perfect for photography. The restrictions on swimming were a small price to pay for the preservation of this beautiful marine environment. As we sailed back to Phuket, the sunset painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, a fitting end to an incredible day.
