A delightful Italian cooking experience - We had a fabulous time at Ferdinando’s cooking class! Loved the local setting up in the hills and that all the food was made from fresh local ingredients. Ferdinando brought lots of Italian passion to his cooking class and was enthusiastic. We got to make tagliatelle pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu. All were delicious! Red wine and limoncello were provided and complimented the experience perfectly! Would highly recommend.
