Guided by our expert chefs, you will start with the production of mozzarella, learning the artisanal techniques to obtain a perfect consistency. Next, you will dedicate yourself to creating tagliatelle, with local ingredients, and learn the secrets of flawless pasta. Finally, you will discover how to prepare the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu, with its creamy and tasty layers.
After getting your hands dirty, you will relax in our picturesque farm for a tasting of the dishes prepared, accompanied by an excellent wine produced on our farm. Hi everyone, I’m Ferdinando, born and raised in Agerola, a quaint agricultural town on the Amalfi Coast. From a young age, I’ve always had a passion for cooking. Together with my mother, we prepared homemade and authentic dishes following the ancient recipes of our region, using ingredients from our organic garden. Fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces, and vegetables grown without pesticides. I began cooking at 13, and my greatest joy came from guests who appreciated my dishes and told me they had never eaten so well. Ten years ago, I started a cooking course to share my creativity, passion for cooking, and all the secrets to preparing delicious and genuine dishes. I look forward to welcoming you all with great joy.
