Additional Information
During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into the extensive history of my family’s farm.
The course is roughly 3 hours long and is hosted at my farmhouse in Agerola.
I will lay out and explain the necessary ingredients, their respective quantities, the complete procedure, and all the techniques involved, along with the appropriate use of the required tools.
Next, we will concoct the sauce, employing ingredients from our farm, particularly our organic vegetables.
Now, we are set to relish a mouthwatering plate of handmade pasta coupled with a refreshing glass of our organic wine.
In addition to these, this experience also includes a slice of local cake and limoncello.
All the food will be cooked and served using our farm’s own organic extra virgin olive oil.

The highlight of our trip to Positano! - This experience was a dream come true! The drive up to the venue was stunning, the experience itself was authentic and informative but most of all FUN! Highly suggest booking this experience. It was a highlight of our trip to Positano.

Fun, laughter and wonderful food! - We had a wonderful authentic cooking experience with Signore Pasquale! We made tagliatelle and ravioli while sipping their own tasty white wine and enjoying the spectacular garden… packed with fruits, herbs, spices, vegetables. His tiramisu was the simplest and the best one we’ve ever had… light and tasty! And what can we say about Pasquale? Great teacher, fun, made us feel very comfortable and taught us what the real “la dolce vita” is all about.
Absolutely the highlight of our Italian road trip! 😍

An Amalfi Gem - We had a wonderful time in Pasquale and Rosanna’s kitchen! We handmade a lemon ricotta ravioli and tagliatelle pasta and of course sat and ate it all!
We finished off with Pasquale’ special tiramisu!
Our hosts were warm and welcoming and shared local traditions in a spectacular farm setting.
This outing is well worth the trek to get to and not to be missed!

An amazing time with amazing hosts - We arrived late, and were instantly made feel at home. Great experience, amazing food! Remote location but 100% worth it to see this picturesque Italian home.

An absolute must do on the Amalfi Coast - My friend and I had the best time at our pasta making class with Pasquale and Rosanna. We made two types of pasta and tiramisu and the ingredients were sourced from their farmhouse! We had a laugh, made new friends, drank amazing homemade wine and made the best homemade pasta. Rosanna picked us up from our accommodation in the neighbouring town and we were so thankful for this. What a lovely family and an incredible experience ♥️

Best day of our lives! - This cooking class was absolutely fantastic! We had a great time with Pasquale and his family. The day is spent on their self-sufficient farm. Their hospitality is incredible, when you arrive, they serve you coffe and homemade wine, bread and oil. Their oil was so delicious that we decided to buy some to bring back home. Pasquale teached us how to make ravioli with his homemade cheese and tagliatelle. We learned a lot from him! We also made a tiramisu for dessert. He showed us his animals and he recommanded that we walk a little near the farm to admire the wonderful view. We truly had an amazing experience and we recommand it to anyone who wants to be immersed in Italian culture.

Really Fun Day - Pasquale the host is amazing. He is funny, smart, and very interesting. He was attentive to each guest and took us through the process of making ravioli and tagletelli.
He made you feel welcome. My wife and I really enjoyed this. She’s the cook not me but with both learned a lot. I would highly recommend this experience. Arrive hungry!
