Great family experience! Core memories were made! - This cooking class was so fun! Run by the family and the son who was our main teacher - Giuseppe - was so great! We had an issue with the bus and the father even came to pick us up from a local town! Our entire family loved the experience and were able to participate in everything. The food ended up being delish! And the view if you’re up for a few min walk from there is unparalleled. This entire experience was so worth it! Just a note - this place NOT local to any of the close towns like Positano or sorrento or Amalfi… even though it makes it seem like it is. It’s quite a drive. Plan accordingly to take the bus which is the best and cheapest option.., get your bus tickets round trip because on the way back all the shops were closed where you can buy tickets… take the bus to the town of Agerola - s. Lazzaro square. From there it’s a 5 min walk. If you ask them ahead of time they may be able to arrange a pick up. This information would have definitely been good to have ahead of time instead of learning on the go for us. All in all great experience - highly recommend!! Book it! Your family will build core memories here!

Best Italian cooking class in Amalfi region - It was an amazing experience with beautiful surroundings and the most enjoyable hosts. Fun and informative… Do not miss out. We learned how to make fresh pasta, mozzarella cheese and tiramisu. We ate the benefits of our class at lunch.

Enjoyable cooking class - Valentino was very warm and generous. Since I was traveling in February, it ended up being a private class. He was gracious nonetheless and taught me how to make pasta, tiramisu and mozzarella, all of which turned out delicious. It was worth the ride on those hairpin turns!

Amazing experience in italy - Valentino's cooking class did not dissapoint! Valentino was really welcoming, informative, patient, and taught us how to make amazingly delicious pasta, mozzarella, and tiramissu. He has amazing views of the coast from his farm and even treated us to his homemade wine. Highly recommend if you have time to take one of his classes!

Awesome experience with pasta - The host and his 12 year old son were amazing. We took a short walk to a look out a view of their farm. He picked fresh ingredients for our pasta. From farm to table at its best. We made mozzarella and were able to make balls. We made ravioli and tagliatelle. They gave us wine, sample cheeses, pasta lunch and homemade dessert. They were so nice. You get your hands dirty and involved which we liked.

Cooking class far from Positano - Remote location, transportation very difficult to find and extremely expensive. A 1.5 drive from Positano. The family was nice but had I known if the difficulties in finding transportation, the cost and the length of time in transit, I would not have signed up.
