Highlights
  • Agerola - During this experience you’ll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a “fior di latte” Mozzarella Workshop.
It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village.
The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards.
I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm.
Now it’s time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together.

Additional Information

In this encounter, you will delve into my family’s long-standing legacy as wine producers, tour our historical wine cellar, and partake in a ‘fior di latte’ Mozzarella Workshop and gnocchi preparation. It will be an honor to welcome you with a cup of coffee before exploring our vineyard with a stunning view of the village. The wine tasting session will be held in our vintage cellar where we store our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine, cultivated from the grapes in our private vineyards. I am more than happy to discuss the origins of our grapes, our cultivation methods, and provide samples of both white and red wine for your tasting pleasure. Moving on to the cheese course: we will demonstrate the process of mozzarella making and, of course, we will indulge in it together. After the cheese making, we will ‘get our hands doughy’, as we move on to craft gnocchi. This leads us to one of our popular dishes, Gnocchi alla sorrentina, made with fresh homemade gnocchi and mozzarella, followed by dessert and limoncello.

Organic wine and delicious food! - We loved this authentic, family run experience. Pasquale and Rosanna were wonderful hosts and taught us so much about the history of their farmhouse, and its organic produce. We learned how to make gnocchi and tiramisu and also had fun understanding how to work with mozzarella. Thoroughly recommend this cooking experience.

A pleasant evening - We had a wonderful evening with our welcoming hosts, Pasquale and Rosanna. With a little more practice, we’re on our way to making excellent gnocchi even without Pasquale’s expert guidance.

Most Authentic and Charming Experience! - We were picked up from our location by the hosts. We were greeted with a glass of wine and a little story of the history of the location. The cooking class was a welcomed surprise for us! It was an authentic charming experience and I can not express enough how enthusiastic and welcoming the hosts were! Was our highlight of Italy!

Absolutely delightful treat - Absolutely magical experience. The wine/limoncello alone was...divine. Haven't had wine like that ever...and probably won't ever again. The cheese you prepare is incredible. It's the best caprese you will ever have. I can't stress enough how worth it this was

Beautiful insight to Italian culinary tradition - Beautiful workshop on the making of mozzarella/fior di latte, the result tasted divine. Freshest and tastiest mozzarella I ever had, in combination with wine, food and great hospitality a wonderful afternoon! My trip to Amalfi was centered around this workshop and I was delighted with it, thank you much :)

Highly reccommended - This was a great experience, Pasquale was very attentive, knowledgebale and funny. The farm is impressive, everithing is hand-made and self-grown. We learned a lot about fiorr de latte making and enjoyed the hands-on experience. Last but not least, the food was excellent - especially Pasquale's tiramisu, which he assembled on the spot in front of us. A desert to die for!

This is one you won't forget. - We found ourselves the only two guests of Pasquale and Rosanna that night, and what a special night it was! We learned to make fior d'latte mozzarella using raw fresh milk, rennet and technique. We tasted the farm's white wine (next time the red too!) and enjoyed perfectly cured, spiced, seasoned and pickled antipasti with a small plate of pizza fritti that was lighter than air. Oh and let's not forget the espresso zabaglione/tiramisu and the early sample of Campagna's traditional Easter Columba cake, which was also, of course, homemade. Wait. There was homemade limoncello, too. Almost forgot! Through it all, we learned so much about Amalfi Coast farming traditions and practices, and shared conversation about our own lives. This experience will put a bright red bow on any traveler's experiences in the region. Don't think twice; just book.
