Shorter, shady alternative to Path of the Gods by same guide! - Gaetano guided us from Sorrento to Positano to Almalfi, where we hiked to the Mills Valley. (We did not have time for the Path of the Gods — this was a great alternative!) The hike was beautiful and included historic sites. He arranged for us to have lunch on a farm — such a nice change from crowded restaurants and so delicious! Gaetano is both knowledgeable and easy to be with. We thoroughly enjoyed his company. Our day with him was one of our favorite experiences during our two week vacation in Italy. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend - This was the highlight of our time on the Amalfi coast. Lina was an absolutely exceptional guide, so knowledgeable and patient as our small group had different levels of energy. The path is stunning-but not necessarily easy, so you should know that going in. The stop at the shepherds hut was refreshing and delicious with great atmosphere and lots of joy from our host. Highly highly recommend for those who like a bit more activity on vacation. If you book this just know you will have to plan to get to your meeting point ahead of time. We took a car service from Praiano and it took a little over an hour -but again, totally worth it in our eyes!

Amazing Guide & Experience - I cannot recommend Go In Italy enough. Gaetano was not just any guide, he gave me knowledge of the history of the area, he explained how the locals lived their lives now, and how they navigate the landscape today, he taught me all about the flora and fauna and how there was so much edible vegetation at your fingertips. The lunch at the Shepherds Hut was also a great experience. He even gave me advice on other areas to visit during my time in Italy, he really is an amazing person offering an amazing service! 5 ✨ .

Fantastic experience! - The Path of the Gods is a spectacular place, the view is wonderful, with unique landscapes! The guide Gaetano is excellent, helpful and also an expert on the aromatic plants found along the way. Lunch with the shepherd represents a unique experience: the kitchen where he prepares the meals is very characteristic, the food prepared, all locally sourced, recalls the flavors of times gone by. All accompanied by a good wine and the sound of triccabballacche, tambourines etc. Highly recommended!!!

A pleasant discovery - Absolutely worth doing. Top organization. Professionalism, availability, competence, assured safety. Gaetano is very courteous, friendly, sociable, helpful, he transmits information clearly and concisely. What you then see there cannot be explained and must be seen with your own eyes. The excursion is definitely to be done in a group and with a guide, it wouldn't be worthwhile alone as historical explanations and much more are provided, then in a group you not only socialize but it is certainly safer. Dal Pastore then, a place from other times. You return home with a desire to return.
