Wonderful guide and wonderful hiking experience! - Luigi was a fabulous guide! He was very knowledgeable about the whole coastline, including the history, the agriculture, and the local culture. He has an obvious love for the Amalfi coast - its beauty, its culture, and the treasure of hiking through the whole region. He was mindful of our desired hiking pace, informative and helpful about sections that required heightened awareness. You will not be disappointed in him, or the Path of the Gods!

Amazing hiking tour!! - Highly recommend! The absolute best hiking tour we have done! Luigi, our guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable. We met a local shepherd and saw his house along the hike and had fresh bread/cheese. I will be using Luigi again when we return to the area more amazing hiking experiences!

Path of the Gods - not for the faint of heart - This is a magnificent hike but I found it way more arduous than the reviews suggested. I began with a friend from Bomerano which is about a forty minutes very windy (as in switchbacks) bus ride from Amalfi. You start at around 2,000 feet. The hike is listed as moderate difficulty with an elevation drop of 200 metres or about 700 feet. However my I watch indicated I gained 725 feet during the hike. So be prepared for lots of elevation change both ways. There are some steep, rocky sections both up and down. My friend was challenged by the first steep section and turned back. I carried on but found it way more intense than expected. I completed the hike to Nocello. After the hike is over, your walk is not - there are steep stairs to the bus station to catch the bus down to Positano where I caught a bus to Amalfi. Incidentally the buses are incredibly crowded. Overall I walked 3.7 miles in two and a quarter hours. Average heart rate 130bpm so it’s a good cardio workout. I am so glad I did it, but it is not for the faint of heart, or those wearing inappropriate footware.

Our favorite activity on the Amalfi Coast - Luigi was a wonderful guide who advised us on the options and took us on a hike that started and ended in Agerola. He explained all that we were seeing and gave a wonderful history of the land. His love of the area and joy of hiking was contagious. He made sure we stopped at the best places for views and to take in the scenery. He also took us to a shepherd’s hut for a lovely lunch along the way. He was a joy to be with and we would highly recommend Trekking Amalfi Coast and Luigi.

Path of the Gods - Amalfi, March 2022:- Path of the Gods -
I was with 2 retired friends and we had the most amazing hike with Luigi, although he rated it as an 'easy path', not true for me, but still very doable with Luigi from 'Trekking Amalfi Coast' . Gaetano from 'Goinitaly', was also with us but it was through Luigi that we had booked. We had a real 5 star experience (moderate difficulty for me), and the lunch in Antonia's (the shepard) hut was very interesting, tasty and good 'craic' (fun). Thanks to you both for your expertise and generosity that made our day memorable and possible.

Gorgeous hike with fantastic guides! An experience never to be forgotten! - Gaetano and Bruno were not only incredibly helpful with questions, handled transportation needs, they gave us such interesting facts along the hike, they knew when to take breaks, refill water bottles, made us an amazing lunch at a Shepard’s hut! Our group of 12, aged 55-15 loved every second of this memorable day!! I highly recommend Gaetano and this incredible experience.

wonderful experience - I hiked this trail with some friends. Beautiful experience, but not as I thought and had read. The information found on the internet is conflicting and difficult to understand. We did not find a high and a low path. It was a single long route that ended in Nocelle (a hamlet of Positano). We decided not to take the very long staircase that would have taken us to the town, but rather we took advantage of the public transport that arrives in the square every hour.
