She will greet you with a glass of prosecco and delightful starters such as bruschette, pizzette, or typical local cheeses. You will begin with the preparation of fresh pasta. Using only flour and eggs, mix them with passion to create the dough for pasta fresca, enhancing your cooking skills. Knead, cut, roll tagliatelle, fill ravioli, and shape scialatielli. She will reveal the authentic recipe for ragù napoletano, and you will prepare meatballs to create your favorite dish.

You will also prepare a second course of short ribs or parmigiana, and finally, the king of Italian desserts, Tiramisu. At the end of the class, you will sit around the table to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a convivial atmosphere, accompanied by regional wines and finishing with homemade limoncello made by the hostess.
