Our breathtaking Tuscany Trip - Alessandro picked us up at 8 am, who I have to say, is the best driver you will ever have. So polite, kind, and friendly, he made our trip truly a 5-star, perfect experience. We made our trek from Rome to Our first stop, Pienza, in a beautiful Mercedes Van, where Alessandro taught us about all of the towns we passed along the way to Pienza, along with simply pointing out some of the most beautiful countryside we have ever seen. Upon arrival we were greeted by s local cheese shop Alessandro recommended, where we were able to sample the best cheese my wife and I had ever had. We then were given a brief but informative tour, leaving some time for us to explore the town, and do some shopping (we bought some really cool stuff). Alessandro, showed us the best spots for pictures, and gave us some history of the town. We then headed to Montepulciano, where we were taken directly to a local winery where we not only got to do a wine tasting but also had the most incredible home-made pasta we have ever had. Please try the pici with the chianina, and the wild boar ragu. Wow….wow…wow… We then were given time to explore the town, which is much bigger than Pienza, which means, lots more shopping! So much wine, cheese, meats, wool, local artisan crafts, antique shops, etc..This town was thriving and lively, embedded with history and warm to thr touch. At wife and I explored the stretches of the town, and made our way back to our van, and headed home. The best part of our trip was our guide/driver. Alessandro, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for such a breathtaking experience, driving through the finest areas of Tuscany. You are to be commended! Perfectly private! - We were picked up from our hotel in Rome and warmly greeted by our driver Alessandro. We rode to the Tuscany region, stopping in Pienza to see all the beautiful sights and views of Val D’Orcia. Then another short drive to Montepulciano where we had a quick tour of the wine caves and then sampled some wine and cheese. We were also escorted to the top of the hill so we could have time to walk down by ourselves to shop and explore the town. We even had time to stop and enjoy some beer and wine. This was a perfectly private, relaxed, and enjoyable way to see this region. We would highly recommend this tour!

Amazing day to treasure in Tuscany! - This company is second to none, we had an amazing time. Alessandro our guide was knowledgable (very) and so accommodating. He worked with me on the itinerary making sure we saw what we came to see. He arranged it all! We were very pleased and one of my favorite parts about my trip. We also experienced one of his other drivers, Luca who transported us to our cruise port and he was fantastic as well!! Great team, highly recommend.

A Perfect Day Trip to Tuscany from Rome - This is a must do trip while in Rome. A perfect day start to finish. Comfortable 2 1/2 hour drive through beautiful countryside with opportunities to stop along the way. Tours of two lovely hill towns, tastings, shopping, history, lunch, peaceful ride home. Pienza and Montepulciano for a day-I'll be back for a longer stay! - Good day trip from Rome. Pienza and Montepulciano are two very interesting small Tuscan cities that are rather difficult to reach by public transportation, even if you know your way around Italy fairly well- hiring a car service is a good way to get there, if you don't want to rent your own. Very knowledgeable driver/guide, and he picked great spot for lunch in Montepulciano. Only negative I could give is that the tour is rather pricy, so works best for a family or small group that can split the cost. I would definitely stay in or around Montepulciano for a at least a few days on a future trip!

Best day in Tuscany - I always dreamed of visiting Tuscany and I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Alessandro to help making my dream come true. He is very professional, prompt, caring, kind and knowledgeable. Flexible, too. Organising to add stops along the way to make sure I had the best experience. He is an excellent communicator and the safest driver. The towns were so empty and beautiful during January and the scenery was extraordinary. He helped taking some wonderful photos and made sure I was comfortable and happy. He also provided a great background and history of the scenery and places we visited. Wonderful trip - Alessandro was wonderful! He took great care of us to show us the beautiful towns of Tuscany. Even though it was a Sunday and a little chilly, Alessandro made sure our experience was beautiful. He was very knowledgeable about the towns and the history. The wine and the cheese were great too!
