Didn’t live up to the hype - There seemed to be a lot of things not working or not working correctly. There wasn’t a crowd which was nice. I think if it was crowded our experience would have been frustrating. It didn’t live up to the hype that some adds have shown. They had photo stations with a lighting and camera set up. You scanned a card press the button and had the pictures taken and could access all of them later. It was definitely a nice touch and the photos looked great, but I was not expecting to pay for those photos. I was under the impression it was part of the attraction and not an extra cost of $25 to download the photos. They had a selfie area with different back drops but the area is small and would have been a nightmare on a crowded day. The one thing that was enjoyable was the ability to play games like skee ball as much as you wanted (because there was no one waiting to play). They had other games typically found at places like Dave and Busters with free play. They had a VR game and 2 different vr rides that were free with admission. The staff were so friendly and polite. If you go look for a coupon. We found one for $5 off per person. Be careful driving into the parking area because we bottomed our car out and we have a typical sedan.

Overpriced in my Opinion - I can say I’ve been there and done that, but I think it wasn’t worth the money. 2 adults and one child was over $80. My son was ready to leave shortly after entering, but my husband said we had to get our moneys worth so we made two trips through it. lol Several exhibits weren’t working. Our son did enjoy the Alien eggs ( ball pit) and the mirror maze. It’s mainly a place to take selfies, have pictures taken of you for a price, and play unlimited games such as skee ball, basketball, Pac-Man, and Space Invaders.

3 star - The museum is very short, some good games but not worth the price considering all the other attractions in the area

I wish I would of known they were closed - Well it wasn’t a very good experience, I purchased 70$ worth of tickets and the entire building was closed. Even though Google said it was open. Walked up and every door was locked. And no one answered the phone.

Terrible waste of money! - We went to this 3 years ago and it was great.! This time it was worse than worse. Don’t waste your money, most of the games/attractions didn’t work. It was dirty and run down. We should have been told most of the attractions were down or should have been charged half the cost. Please, don’t waste your money, you will be sorry if you go! We deserve a refund! Today, our 11 year old was so excited to go because he loved it when he was eight. It was such a heartbreak to see his let-down. Again, such a sad waste of money! We will never make this mistake again!

Trashy place & Staff - Place was run down ... not everything was working as advertised - DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY I asked for a refund, was screamed at by the "manager" for telling her half the exhibits weren't even in operation, etc etc ... but knowing I was right, she quickly & reluctantly gave me back my money ... then, as I turned to leave, the manager said "have a nice day ma'am" I replied, "You too" With nothing else said I exited the building, and as I was walking to my car, the "manager" came running into the parking lot and flipped me off (in front of my children) and then ran back inside I will be contacting corporate
