  • Hard Rock Cafe - Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn't think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease.

How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world's greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe.

Great Hard Rock - We stopped at the Hard Rock Pidgeon Forge to have a beer and rest for a while. We had been traveling all day and this was the perfect spot to stop. The beer was cold and hit the spot. I can't say enough about our bartender, Ladeana, She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I've got to say, for a smaller Hard Rock, their memorabilia was excellent. We have been to 30-plus Hard Rock cafes all over the world, and this one is definitely one you should visit. We had a great time, even though we were not here long, but for sure, we will be back. John and Nancy Fetter Harlem, Georgia

Couples quick TN trip - Food and drinks were excellent, and the service was excellent. We don't mind paying a little extra for great food and drinks. Decor was awesome. Definitely be stopping here again!!

Nostalgic, clean and Gluten Free options - Gluten Free options are great. Exvcellent service and clean restaurant. The atmosphere is great and if you are nostalgic for rock..this is the place.

Pretty tasty fajitas... - We were looking for a quick bite and stopped at the Hard Rock. I have been to many Hard Rock's around the world and this was one of the better tasting ones. Restaurant wasn't as flashy as some of the others but the fajitas were pretty tasty. Would recommend.

Sad ending to a great Anniversary weekend. - Sevice was awful, purchased a meal package was handed a menu with no items on it, had to get the manager to get any explanation on what we had purchased. Once our meal was delivered we never saw the waitress again until it was time for our dessert and said we were all set. She was very impersonal and cold. It was our 40th anniversary and expected a better experience with my wife instead of having to deal with the staff. We had visited this same establishment 5 year earlier and had a great time. As it is we will never return to this Hard Rock ever again.

Expensive and average - This wasn’t our first choice but due to traffic we stopped here. The server was super friendly and we were checked on by the manager. I really appreciated that! The food was average (and a tad slow) and the prices were super expensive for the quality. Menu is not diverse - lots of burgers and fried foods. Music videos playing (it’s Hard Rock Cafe after all!) and I appreciated they seemed to pick kid friendly music videos.

Don’t eat here there are some great restaurants in Piegon Forge, but this isn’t one. - This was just like frozen pizza, store bought wings and friend green tomatoes that were actually red. We paid 85 dollars and left hungry. Then to make it ALL worse the waiter announced it was his second day and he hated his job. He even ran by us once yelling “ugh I am sick of this” with his fist clenched!

Good burger as expected - Visited here with wife and 13yr daughter on the 24th Dec in the evening and had to wait for an hour or so for a table. Ordered drinks at the bar and one of the female servers was very rude and abrupt and told us that my daughter couldn't sit at the bar. Fair enough if its law but you can speak to people politely and friendly to say the same message. The food is typical of a hard rock cafe and the burger was lovely. My wife ordered the salmon salad and a beef salad came out. By the time my daughter and I finished our meal my wifes meal arrived and she ate alone. We were told that it would be taken off our bill and we would have a free dessert. The dessert came whilst my wife was still eating and we sent it back. The meals were fine but we really didn't want a dessert and it was easy for them to think the problem is rectified by us having a free dessert. My wifes meal was not taken off the bill as originally stated but couldn't be bothered to argue with them. Service wasn't great, food was great when it arrived, ambience was typical of a hard rock. Would I go back, I don't know and would probably look else where.

Felt like a burden by being there - Food was great, service wasn't. Nikki was not friendly at all. We actually came because we were traveling with dogs and wanted to be able to eat and enjoy a meal before hitting the road home and letting the dogs ejo themselves before hitting the road home. Hard Rock is known for being great with your dogs. Water a snack etc. Well my pups were totally ignored. Asked for water for them and recieved about two cups of water for my three dogs. After asking about the doggie snacks we still never received them. So we spent almost a hundred for pretty much what I could have done at McDonald's. Our family won't be back. We eat there often and never have been treated this way. Sadly her 50.00 tip that would have been given went to almost nothing. Really felt like we were burdens by being there
