Awesome fun - Great fun for everyone. Staff was very easy to work with. Very helpful. Beautiful scenery! Our group was from 7 yrs old today 63 yrs old.

fun long ride - Great coaster. It was a long fun ride. They offer first responder, teacher discounts which is about half price. This is a good time.

Nice but short - Very good experience just wish the ride was longer and a little pricey for the length of time of the ride . Staff were very nice and friendly. In all a good ride.

Best Re-Ridability of all the mountain coasters - This has been my second year riding this coaster. It’s by far my favorite of all local mountain coasters. Lost Mine coaster is close but not quite what this one is in terms of length, speed and overall reriding quality. I highly recommend this coaster!

So much fun - The price was great. Didn’t expect it to be as fun as it was. We really enjoyed it. It went fast and took pictures of you that you could purchase for memories. We loved it!

Great Fun - Put it on your To Do list - Had a great time going on this mountain coaster. We went in early November and it was still decorated for Halloween with lots of skeletons doing various activities, like kayaking in a black pond. It was super clever and we loved seeing all the different scenes as the coaster passed by. This coaster was arranged with alternating lift hills, the drops and turns (about 5 or 6 lifts if I remember correctly)

A great exciting destination - My grandchildren love the Rocky Top Mountain Coaster. It has become a favorite destination on our trips to the Great Smoky Mountains.

Rocky Top Thrills!! - A must visit while in Pigeon Forge. Thrill seeking ride for one or two. Ride can reach up to 30mph-you control the speed! One of the people in our group said he rode this as a kid-even better as an adult!!

FILTHY CONDO SERVICES NOT PROVIED JACKSON MOUNTAIN RENTAL THRU VTRIP - WE STAYED AT JACKSON MOUNTAIN CONDO ON TOP OF A MOUNTAIN IN PIGEON FORGE, TN. WE RENTED THRU VTRIPS. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE PLACE WAS FILTHY, I HAD TO CLEAN THE DISHES, KILL SPIDERS, THERE WAS NO TV OR INTERNET SERVICE, THE PATIO WAS SO DIRTY COULD NOT USE THE PATIO TABLE OR SIT IN THE CHAIRS. THE CEILING FAN IN ONE ROOM DID NOT WORK. THE HOT TUB WAS REALLY COLD, WHICH WE DID NOT USE AND OTHER PEOPLE THERE WERE COMPLAINING ALSO. WE CALLED THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THE PLACE IS NOT READY FOR US AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE IN THE MORNING TO TAKE CARE OF ISSUES. WE CALLED THE COMPANY THE NEXT MORNING RE-ITERATED EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG AND WE ARE LEAVING. WE TOLD THEM TO KEEP $124. AND WE ARE LEAVING. WE DID NOT EAT, TAKE SHOWERS DUE TO IT BEING SO DIRTY. THE WOMEN I SPOKE WITH SAID YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET A REFUND. WE LEFT AND GOT A VERY CLEAN HOTEL AND STAYED THERE FOR THE DURATION OF OUR STAY. AFTER 2 DAYS I GET A TEXT THAT SAID WE NOW HAVE TV, NOTHING MENTIONED ABOUT THE OTHER ISSUES. THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND WAS NOT READY FOR US. WE CALLED OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK MINUS THE $124. THE COMPANY SAID NO REFUND AND NOW THEY EXPECT US TO PAY. WE CALLED OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY BACK DUE TO THE FACT VTRIP & JACKSON MOUNTAIN ARE CHARGING ANOTHER $600 FOR A TOTAL OF $1200 WHEN THE ORIGINAL BILL WAS $724. WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY THEM ANYTHING. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE SO THEY DON'T GET ANY MONEY FROM US. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
