This place knows how to make a birthday special - This place is a good time and a class act. I am a history person so I loved all the random facts that I learned about the Titanic. When we went it was also my birthday and I got the birthday package. It really made you feel so special even as an adult. As a woman you get a heavy duty crown which my inner princess loved and when you entered the room with the piano they placed happy birthday to you. It was the cutest!! A couple of weeks later when I got home they sent a lovely card. This place is fun and if celebrating a birthday I would totally recommend doing the package!!

Honoring those who lost it All!! - I luved the boarding pass that we were given upon arrival and at the end of my voyage I found out whether they survived or not my third class family of five a mother and her four children aboard the Titanic unfortunately did not survive which was a sad ending but I was able to write their names on a slip of paper said a prayer for each one and hung their names written on paper that the museum provided and hung them on a tree it was a Great honor to have taken a part in a very sad and dreadful outcome I gained much knowledge about what really took place on the day thank you for a wonderful experience Titanic Museum

Awe-inspiring - Amazing museum that was well-thought out and setup. So many artifacts and so much interesting information. I loved that you get a passenger upon arrival that you learn about and find at the end if they survived or not. I also loved the interactive exhibits, particularly feeling the 28 degree water and the cold deck air that was similar the night of the disaster. I highly recommend visiting this awe-inspiring museum.

Impressive Museum - Impressive experience! All the exhibits were well done. Something of interest for everyone. Christmas decorations and Christmas carols were a nice touch.

Well worth the price - My wife and I came to Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge for our 26th wedding anniversary. After having seen and heard about the Titanic museum from previous visits to the area ,we decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Staff was friendly, museum was entertaining and informative, without being disrespectful to the memories of those that lost their lives in this terrible tragedy. Yes its a little pricey...but remember you ARE in a resort area, so most things are. Buy your tickets in advance...and go see a piece of history.

Biggest moving object of its time - The staircase was breathtaking. And the next most memorable part is the autism young boy who had a dream and built the titanic out of Legos.

Great - It's was great 👍 to feel how cold the water was that night sent shivers down my spine. My ticket was of someone that made it off while my husband's died

Merry Christmas??? - I couldnt give this exhibit more than three stars due to the fact that it was decorated for Christmas. The Titantic sailed in April, not December. The decorations made me uncomfortable, as did the gift shop at the end. It should be about honoring the victims of this horrible tragedy, not embellishing it.

Rip off and a little repetative - We were recommended to go here as we were told it was a worthwhile thing to spendvyou time on. It was not . Extortionate prices for what is essentially an exhibition which toured some years ago. Much of yhe information has been discussed in many films and documentaries. In a town with a lot on offer please do not waste your money here.
