Family fun - We brought our kids here shortly after opening and it was the perfect time to come! If you have a toddler, there is a toddler area they can play on, including a foam pit and their own trampoline area. 90 minutes of jump time wore our kids out but they had a blast. Be sure to adhere to the rules and you'll have no issue. Staff is quite vigilant in following the safety protocols, which is reassuring. The kids also did the clip n climb, which was similar to one we had at home, but I was quite surprised at the fact that the kids were able to clip themselves in instead of staff. If you have young kids, be aware of that. Otherwise, a great time! Tips - Buy your tickets and complete the waiver in advance to save you some time. Bring your grip socks or buy them for $4 a pair. We did the park hopper pass, valid for 24-48 hours (depending on the pass you purchase) but good at 3 mini golf courses, top jump, an adventure park, and also an offer for $25 tickets for the lumberjack show. We spent the extra money for our family of 5 to do this option, and are very glad we did! It would have cost us $144 for both golf and top jump. The Park Hopper option cost us $185 to do all of these unlimited, so we were able to do 3 games of golf and 2 visits to Top Jump in our 24 hr time limit. We also saved $56 for the lumberjack show. Great savings value for a family.

Great family fun - Such fun for the kids! They enjoyed the rock climbing and exploring before going into the trampoline area. There was a group who really had a great fun fair game of dodgeball going on! The kids didn't want to leave when the time was up.

Highly recommend for active kids - Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed the Arena. We bought One day tickets and it wasn't enough for our kids. There is so much to do! Next time we come to Pigeon forge we'll definitely buy 48 hour unlimited tickets.

Our Go-To fun spot - We took a group of 24 middle school and high school kids. We had a blast, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the place is always clean and safe. Our go-to every year

Kids had a great time going to different areas. Not too crowded in the morning - Several bounce areas, climbing areas were challenging an engaging for our 7 and 9 year old boys. Fun themes such as ice climbing and Tetris. Also dodge ball bouncing . Fun ninja course but easier for older kids 10 and up.

Bad day - Not a good day. First we probably waited an hour to get in due to their system had went down the night before and no one knew what to do. They led us to believe all was up & running, got us checked in and once inside half of the areas were closed. The staff all seemed like they were in training because none of them knew what to do. Also we were about 10 minutes into our time & the girl in the wall climbing room told my granddaughter she had to leave that her time was up! Just so confusing. I think we should have received a refund to come back another day when everything was fixed.

Disability Discrimination - My daughter has a physical disability. She can do everything, but walk without assistance. She has been to various trampoline parks, and has always been allowed to do what any other kid was allowed to do until today. We came to TopJump two years ago, and she was allowed to jump on anything she wanted, but today was told she could only jump on one trampoline guarded by an employee.

Awful customer service and system - Probably one of the worst jump parks my family and I have ever been to. Waiver and ticket purchasing process takes well within an hour alone, not to mention the “training video” all guests are required to watch before being able to jump. When waiver system wouldn’t work for one of my children, customer service was rude and stated that, “all you can do is try again and get to the back of line.” This was whilst they allowed multiple other groups cut in from the of the extremely long line awaiting entry. We were “helped” by a front desk employee named Grace, who was quite nonchalant and unhelpful despite our situation. When asked about why we were made to wait in line for a second time while other families cut she responded,”well everyone supposed to wait. I don’t know what to tell you.” The park itself is great, being very clean and well-maintained for customers, however the staff and organization system that awaits before being able to reach the park without a doubt needs work.
