Our experience is carried out by local guides who will show you the entire history of the region, including the best farms, wines, traditions, landscapes and viewpoints. Beautiful discovery of the Douro Valley - Very nice boat ride on the Douro with the discovery over the river of the most famous estates of Porto.
Then our Guide took us by car to a wine and olive oil producer where we could enjoy their products quietly on the terrace overlooking the Douro. Top!

Brilliant trip. Well organised. Highly recommended. - The tour started with a trip to Pinhao station and a look at the excellent tiling, with the story it tells of the historic port wine production on the Douro valley. We then headed up hill by van to a stunning viewpoint. Lots of chat along the way with our excellent guide, who gave us a great feel for "real" life in the area. From there we headed off on a boat trip up the river to a port winery, where we did some tastings. The river trip is spectacular. Back again to base in more like 4 hours than 3. Fantastic value for money. Well organised. Highly recommended.

Fun Trip - Pinhao - An interesting, fun trip around the small town. Timings perfect. Just the right balance of boat, viewpoint and wine tasting - we enjoyed each part. The guides were polite and knowledgeable. Good to be with a small group.

Douro River boat with Wine Tasting - Overall good tour that has boat + winery combined. We got to enjoy river cruise and a winery tasking tour that included overview of olive oil process.
