Our 1 Hour trip was excellent - We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 Hour trip on the Douro river. Our guide and captain were both very informative and happily answered all our questions.

Great boat ride - The boat ride was very quiet, explanations on the farms and a toast offered with Porto wine. The time of the tour is enough for the purpose of knowing a little about this region

Enjoyable quick tour - One hour was enough to see and fit well in the middle of our day. A basic summary of the location. We spent time at vineyards so this was sufficient. Boat guide was friendly and we had a sip of local port.

Douro Valley in all its beauty - A pleasant way to look from the Douro at all the different Quintas but absolutely also at the beautiful nature of the valley. A small, but certainly comfortable boat with max about 12p made the experience more cozy. The glass of postage offered by the friendly crew was a surplus.

Lovely way to see and learn about the Douro Valley. - We really enjoyed this one hour boat ride. It seemed to be just the length of time needed to see the gorgeous landscape; learn about the history and current use of the valley; sip some delicious Port wine; chat with the guide; and relax to the sound of the water and birds. The boat departed and returned on time and the crew were friendly and informative.

Douro Vally cruise and Pinhao - We enjoyed a 1 hour cruise on the river today. There are multiple companies that offer the same trip either 1 or 2 hours. We found that one hour was all we needed to get a feel of the area. We stayed in Pinhao in November which is a very slow time of the year. One night - at the most two nights is all you need in this area. We hit 3 different port tasting and tours and enjoyed each of them. Our favorites were Sandeman and Hotel Prego which were close to town.

Pleasant & peaceful cruise - Pleasant cruise on the river. An hour is sufficient for us. Commentary was good. The cruise started on time & each passenger was given a small cup of port wine to taste.
