Once a booking is made, the client will be contacted by our Travel Desk to confirm their address (within city limits) and finalize the trip schedule according to the provided itinerary. The car will arrive at the specified address 10 minutes before the scheduled trip. An authentication number will be shared with the client to commence the journey. Upon completion of the trip, the client will be dropped off at their respective address, hotel, or residence (within city limits).
