A warm trip - The guides are very good, I recommend if you want a warm trip. All Jk staff was at our disposal and the atmosphere was very good

I requested cancellation and did not receive the refund - Bad treatment of the client. I did not even make the trip because I was informed that there was no quantity for the accomplishment. So I chose another destination and paid the difference. 7 days later I had to cancel for personal reasons. The company, via whatsapp, said it had its cancellation policies and that IN 30 DAYS would carry out my refund with a fine of 30% of the amount. I never received a contract, nor at the time of the purchase via the website that does not inform about the cancellation policy, nor after the cancellation I received anything with no clause informing the deadline or fines. A short search on the internet and it is clearly described in the Consumer Protection Code that in the case of the request for cancellation within 7 days the company must make the refund of the amount immediately, does not speak in time nor in fine. And even talking and clarifying that the person who serves on whatsapp only speaks of "company policy" and still throws in his face a "Good time!" I believe that the customer problem should be solved as soon as possible, since above the "business policy" there are the Laws governed by the Consumer Protection Code.
