Ángel F - It was very nice, pick up was prompt and the trip there without incidents. Vanesa was an excellent driver and even took us to our restaurant reservation to avoid delays due to tragic. The tour inside the winery very well organized and the wines tasted were excellent. Very ice experience.

Great experience, worth a visit. - It is worth knowing, great structure and cool environment. Gives knowledge and good photos. The visit with cheese and wine tasting stands out, especially with the cold it was.

Vinicula Concho Y Toro - The landscapes are amazing, place organized and clean, time to take pictures, the guide speaks several languages, wonderful wines.

Great Time! - We had a fantastic driver and the winery is truly excellent and wonderful! Excellent wine and company!

I do not recommend this tour company. - The driver picked us up from hotel at 2:00 pm and he had a very small SUV for 6 people, when we got to vineyard around 3pm and he told us to wait for him to buy tickets to go inside tour which took him 45 min, there were 2 people in our group who only spoke English and he didn’t have English tour tickets for them, then our tour in Spanish didn’t start until 4:15 those were the tickets he gave us. Very unorganized, driver didn’t spoke a word in English or even Spanish, I would not recommend this tour company. We lost so much time, didn’t get to hotel until 7:30 pm.

Excellent tour but some scheduling confusion - The tour and wine tasting are first class. Guides and sommaliers are excellent, the wine divine, and the setting beautiful. The only problem was confusion about times and tours. We signed up for a tour in English but ended up taking the tour in Portuguese. One group from our bus ended up taking a late tour and the rest of us had to wait 45 minutes on the bus.

Bad ride - We bought the Experience Marqués de Casa Concha. Extremely commercial place and crowded with people, guides do not speak Portuguese, nor understand Portuguese, the wines we drank were very bad, everyone who was in our group said the same thing, there were people who even threw away impossible to take. The place is nice to take pictures, but if you want a cool experience go to Alyan winery. Do not recommend and would not come back.

Late start-Wrong Language - Our scheduled pickup time was 2:30, and I texted our driver at 2:25 to let him know that we were in the lobby. The driver then texted me back to say that our tour start time had been delayed, and he would pick us up at 3:20. It was obvious that we were late when the driver picked us up as he drove really fast throughout the city and then out of town to the vineyard. It turns out our start time at Concha y Tora had NOT been delayed and we arrived late for our scheduled tour at the vineyard. There was a lot of confusion at the start trying to find our scheduled group that had already left. We missed part of the walking tour. Additionally, we had scheduled an English speaking tour, and we would have been fine with even a Spanish speaking tour, but we were placed in a group of Portuguese speaking(from Brasil) people. The group and the dynamics were great though, and we still managed to have a good time, but it was very frustrating to not be given advanced notice of the late pick up time for our tour, and also to not be put in either a Spanish or English speaking tour. Our driver never apologized for being late, nor for not finding an English or Spanish speaking tour for us. He was a nice gentleman, but it appears that he was called in at the last minute to do the driving. The experience at Concha y Toro was good. The people at the vineyard were friendly and flexible with us as we would stop to take photos. There were 2 wine tasting experiences, one when we were outside where we were able to taste 3 different wines as we walked around the grounds. Later, inside, we were able to experience a sit-down wine/cheese tasting experience with a wine expert where we presented 4 different wines and 4 cheeses along with an explanation of each(unfortunately for us it was all in Portuguese.).
