Concho y Toro was and will continue to be My Wine! - A very nice tour of the home site, vineyards, and storage facilities for Concho y Toro! Excellent Wines and tastings! Finally a chance to see and feel the area where I have been patronizing for years! I love Concho y Toro Wines!

Exceptional Value! - Excursion was great! Jorge, our driver, was very cordial and professional. Our group of travelers was terrific! Meeting Shane and Julie from Sydney was great! We had lively conversations about, family, travels, world politics and wine! Macaroni, our guide was excelente, too! The wines featured by Concha y Toro for the tastings were exceptional, making this one of the best vineyard tastings ever!

Fun and enjoyable experience - It was fun, interesting, and enjoyable experience. I learned about Chilean wine from one of the most prestigious wineries in South America. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves wine.

Good tour - The tour was well organized and covered a lot of ground . I thought the group size was too large to effectively hear the speakers and understand the presentations. A lot of time was spent traveling to the winery and then returning.

Very good winery tour - Our tour guide Felipe was very good. The grounds are beautiful and the wine very good. Enjoyed the extra tasting with cheese as it was very informative.

Chile 1st wine experience - Disappointed that driver did not speak English to describe what we were seeing in Santiago since we were in the van for an hour. Tour was great, in spite of the group size. Preferred wine tasting with the cheese pairing made the trip worth it!

Please read the reviews carefully about this company. The star ratings are good because they do take you to great places. However, the transport arranged by the company in our case was very poor indeed and not what we booked. I booked for 3 people on a group with a max size of 8 on a 4 hour trip. I did that as large groups have multiple hotel drop offs and you can spend as long dropping off at other hotels as you do on the event.
Our trip was in group of 16 on the minibus and 23 on the vineyard tour, and it took nearly 7 hours due to their poor organisation and the need to drop off at multiple hotels. Luckily we weren't the last people joining the bus.
I asked the operator for a refund as they had not provided us with the service we had bought. they refused and claimed the larger group was due to the original bus breaking down. Looking through the feedback on this tour, they have a very unreliable fleet of buses, as it seems to happen quite often. I didn't believe their excuse, they could easily have told me there was a problem in advance and given me the chance to cancel, but they didn't.
I would get an uber at far less cost and arrange this tour yourself - the vineyard tour itself is very good.
