Super recommended - The attention of both the driver and the guide were excellent. The tour was very pleasant, the place is beautiful. It was a rainy day so I couldn't appreciate the vineyards in all their splendor, my recommendation is that they have umbrellas for visitors, from then on I loved the place and the experience.

The tour guide was very... - The tour guide was very informative and the winery with its history was amazing. Our group has a problem with false advertising. We booked a small group tour with MAXIMUM of 8 people!! It took our shuttle 2 hours to collect all the passengers. Our shuttle bus carried 17 people. The whole reason we booked this tour is because it was a small group. This is unacceptable and we should be compensated for our time and inconvenience. I truly will be hesitant to book anything with Viator with the thought, will they be true to their word??

Beautiful winery, reception company left something to be desired. - The winery is beautiful and the tour is interesting, but the company MTO, responsible for the transfer from the hotel to the winery, does not respect the scheduled times. The exact time for departure from the hotel was brought forward without a reasonable explanation. TripAdvisor, the company that brokered the sale, is inaccessible to broker solutions with the foreign company hired through its website. In fact, TripAdvisor does not seem to have a representative office in Brazil and does not pay attention to the ranking of the ReclameAqui website.

The driver was nice, but what was agreed with the company was not fulfilled - Changed driver and vehicle at the last minute. It was said that there would only be Brazilians in the van. Did not happen. There were no Brazilians.

Tour doesn't meet expectations - This is a small group for the van trip there. The tour at the winery had over 30 people in it. The wine tasting was impersonal and the 3 tasting were of lower grade quality. We had to wait an hour before the started. The waiting area was over priced tent restaurant. Even the wines in their store cost more than you can buy them for outside. We would not recommend this tour.

They canceled my tour after the reservation was confirmed and payment was made. - I purchased two excursions today, received confirmation of the reservation and shortly afterwards I received a cancellation message via WhatsApp. I want to go on the tour tomorrow or get a refund.

Tour great, shuttle not - The wine tour itself was great, no problem. The one star is for the shuttle. Don't use the shuttle to/from the winery from your hotel. It was late, slow, and crowded. Just Uber and buy your ticket there at the winery.

False information. Do not book. Winery itself good - Complete misrepresentation of the experience. The van pickup was 1.75 hr ahead of posted time vs 30 to 60min published. When I inquired about this after getting the time, there was no response and since it was under 24hrs I could not cancel. The experience says it’s a small group tour. The van was supposed to be no more than 8 with a maximum of 7 travelers. We had a 17 passenger van with 16 passengers and a seat back that was less than 10 inches from my head. We then waited over 45 min to actually start the tour at the vineyard. It implies it’s a small group tour for the experience as well however we were grouped with additional people at the winery. The site also says a 2 hours at winery. It’s a 90min tour/tasting with 30min to shop. Do not recommend at all. Uber to the vineyard and buy tickets from the vineyard website.

Never went!!! because of poor booking - This book with MTO Tour was terrible. They never confirmed my trip. I had to. And then they told me this was a Spanish speaking tour. They they switched me. I am waiting for the bus to pick me up and they never came. Then they told me that they texted me if I wanted to go on the 2:00 tour instead with an English-speaking guide. ok. They never confirmed. Absolutely HORRIBLE. It was the only day I could go to a chileian winery. I am so terribly disappointed. NO STARS!
