Excitement in Pisa - The bike ride was really fun. Daniele set us up and gave excellent advise. I would recommend a full phone charge for this adventure maybe even battery backup depending on the length of your ride.

Great staff, great value, great day! - Very friendly and helpful staff, including 'Venus' the beautiful rescue dog! The e-bikes were in great condition and the bike track was a couple of minutes away from the bike shop and the shop is very close to the train station. We were staying in Florence and it just took an hour by train to get to Pisa. It was a nice break and change from the galleries of Firenze! There are several routes you can take and the staff will help you with all of that. Worth every penny! Smile and ride :)

an experience that makes access to culture fun! THANKS - A truly excellent welcome with gentleness and advice from the owner who also speaks excellent French. The circuit is well thought out and doing it by bike allows you to see all the monuments in the historic heart, but also on the outskirts of the city. As for the bikes, they are new and in perfect working order. It's been at least a decade since I last rode a bike and the principle of e-bike is very accessible even for non-athletes. It's a real treat, I recommend to all French compatriots to choose this brand even if the audio guides in French are not yet operational, we give you instead a very well done paper road book in French, you All you have to do is let yourself be guided by the app's GPS which gives you directions. With Smile and Ride all you have to do is remember to smile in the photos, pedaling is taken care of by the electric assistance in complete safety.

Amazing bike ride - We loved using Smile and Ride! They were the nicest people we met in Pisa and they helped accommodate us in every way possible. I would highly recommend using them for all your biking needs. Such an amazing ride to the coast and the bikes were comfortable. So easy to use and made our trip awesome.

E-bikes to Marina Di Pisa - Smile and Ride are great. We had pre-booked 3 e-bikes but when we got to Pisa we realised that we had booked for the wrong day. This was no problem for Smile and Ride and they changed our reservation without any problems. Bikes were great and we did the trip to Marina Di Pisa which was lovely and easy to do in an afternoon. We have no hesitation in recommending Smile and Ride. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great way to look around Pisa! - Beats walking and an e-bike is a great way to see a lot of Pisa without too much effort! Tour with audio was fab and route very easy to follow. Elena at Smile and Ride was super helpful and so friendly. We enjoyed it so much we returned the next day and did a tour to the Marina which was just as good with an amazing cycle path, most of the way, made from a disused tramline.

Great experience. - Great customer service and the bikes were amazing. Even if you get lost, we like doing that anyway, the self guided tour had gps, so you always know where to go.

Highly recommend it - 100% worth it. The app takes u to little streets and bike streets that is so pretty and so easy to follow in the map while riding. The staff is 100% kind and respectful with good english. Honestly they are very kind and helpful.
