Poor service on Pistes - On January 5, 2024 we went down the open track Griole bas. Please find attached the 2 photos dated 05/01/24. After 300-400 meters below the stones have started to damage the skis. There was very little snow. Then it was impossible to continue with the already shattered skis and from the steepest curve of this slope we have fallen starting to walk down with ski boots many kilometers. In the end we managed to walk down exhausted with many blisters on our feet. In short, it was a very unpleasant experience. I filed the complaint in Accueil and we left the skis to repair them. The next day when removing the skis we saw that they have not been fixed correctly. They've only plugged the big holes, but they've left the entire ski floor scratched. Commenting on the repair issues to the person who was managing the repair, this person has said that it is enough and they will not repair everything. We do not agree that it is enough because the skis are in very bad shape after this failure of services on slopes. After our complaint the following January 06, 2024 they have closed this runway, because the snow was really missing (attached the photos of January 6). Conclusion: since our problems are the fault of Slope Service, it is normal to completely fix the skis correctly. I do not recommend skiing in Ax Les Thermes - it is dangerous for piste service failures. We're not coming to this station anymore.
