Our walking journey sets off at the Vittorio Emanuele II square, culminating at the famed Piazza dei Miracoli.
Kicking off our expedition with a touch of contemporary art, we will explore murals by pop artist Keith Haring, before crossing the renowned Ponte di Mezzo bridge to delve into the ancient lanes of Borgo Stretto. Then, we’ll embark on an expedition to Pisa’s beating heart: Piazza delle Vettovaglie.
Moving forward, we will explore Piazza dei Cavalieri, taking special interest in the Medici family legacy, before continuing on to Piazza dei Miracoli.
As we navigate our way, we’ll also indulge in discussions about Pisa’s traditional food, and I’ll share my go-to favourites :)
