We had an amazing trip!... - We had an amazing trip! Our guide Francesco was brilliant. We got to Pisa and got pictures without large crowds and were whisked away to Florence where we were delighted with his stories and knowledge about the area along the way. We cannot say enough about how we appreciate his willingness to adjust the schedule to give us the best experience! When rain cut our time in Florence a bit short, he really made up for it with a short drive through Livorno Port before getting back on our cruise. We appreciate you and truly fell in love with Florence. Your passion for Florence and you knowledge of history, food and wine...really meant so much!

Livorno Italy 2024 - Cruise 2024 stop in Livorno Italy We selected this operator because it had very good ratings and it really did. When we got off the boat, Manuel was there with a sign with our name, very happy and jovial, welcoming us. We headed to the Mercedes SUV to start our private tour visiting Pisa and Florence. On the way he told us about his hometown Livorno, the history of Pisa and what we would do surprised us in that he took us to visit a church built in the year 1000 AD Very beautiful and worth seeing. After that stop he took us to the square where the cathedral is, the Tower of Pisa gave us a talk about the place and later left us wandering on our own. On the way to Florence we had an excellent talk. It is worth mentioning that Manuel speaks Spanish very well and is a great admirer of Mexico, our country of origin. In Florence he took us to see the most iconic places in the city and recommended an excellent restaurant worth trying the Lasagna. We returned to the port of Livorno on time and were left right at the access to the ship. Many congratulations to Manuel for his professionalism and charisma. If you visit Livorno do not hesitate to contact Manuel who will make you spend a pleasant day 1000% recommended

Amazing tour with Alessio, our guide - This was the best tour we had while traveling in Italy and Greece. Alessio, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our small group of 7. It was amazing and we would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful tour - Guys Alessio was awesome. He was waiting at the terminal with a sign making it easy. He catered the tour around our museum entrance times so we could still see everything. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area. He even went so far to make us lunch reservations! This was our best tour of the 10 day vacation. I highly recommend this company and Alessio!

Great limo (van) service from Livorno port - Francesco and Manuel are WONDERFUL drivers for your day in Pisa and Florence! Our family of 12 couples were picked up on time and 6 rode with Manuel and 6 rode with Francesco in very nice, clean, spacious vans. Both were very informative throughout the trip (spoke English, which is great since we are from America and only speak one language). Francesco (our driver) was very friendly, pointing out lots of things along the way! My family said the same of Manuel! We stopped at some different spots for pictures on our way to Pisa. We had time at the leaning tower, then headed to Florence, where we were dropped/then picked up in the middle of Florence. We had hours to walk around, have lunch, and be tourists before heading back to port! They were punctual in picking us up and dropping us off! The best drivers ever! An overall great experience and recommend to anyone!

Our favorite guide! - Gianmaria is personable, knowledgeable, fun, easygoing, and a fantastic tour guide! He took us to Pisa and Florence, showed us where to take the best photos, helped us with tickets to climb the Pisa tower, and made reservations at a fantastic restaurant where we had the best authentic Italian food for lunch. We never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to stroll the city squares, shop, eat cannoli, etc. He always suggested a walking route for us to take to maximize our visit at each site. He was on time at the designated meeting point. He also helped us with advice about what to see at our next destination. His van was equipped with cold water bottles and umbrellas when we needed them. We would 100% recommend touring with him!

FANTASTIC - Our tour in Pisa/Florence was SPECTACULAR!!! Simona our guide made the tour fun, interesting and at times hilarious. She made this tour memorable for us. She went over and above to show us the Tuscan region and points of interest. It started raining in the middle of the tour and she had extra umbrellas for us to use. She was conscientious about the time and got us back to the cruise ship before the time to leave the port. If you get a chance take this tour you will be blessed.
