Great experience great guide - Fabulous experience! Special requests were accepted. Had so much fun! Lots of different stops with as much time as we wanted. As much Air conditioning as we wanted!

Pisa and Florence private tour - Leonardo was excellent and made this one of our best tours of our trip! He drove us right up to each drop off location, had good information about the history during our drive, and was clear with our instructions on meeting locations. The van was nice, clean, and had water, wifi, and charging ports to make our trip more comfortable. He was so friendly and a great guide!

Great Day in Pisa & Florence - Our guide was great! He definitely knew the area well. He made great recommendations for top sites to see and made reservations for us at an amazing restaurant in the most popular square in Florence. 10/10!!!

Great experience. - Our tour guide was wonderful to work with since we were on the ship’s time schedule. She came early and had us back to port in plenty of time. When we got to each city she showed us the main attractions and gave us time to explore on our own.

Professional service & great experience - This tour was fantastic and I loved that we were able to customize it to see exactly what we wanted! Our driver was on time with a clean vehicle and ice cold water for us and was great with our kids. Definitely recommend!

Pisa and Florence Day Trip - Pisa was amazing as was Florence. A lot of free time on your own to explore both locations.
Transportation was very good which was important.

Goid, not grrear. - Although our driver was very nice, he gave us only small details of things that we saw. We had wanted the private car to help with our mother from place to place in Florence, he ended up dropping us off at one place & basically said he couldn’t do direct drop offs at locations, after walking a mile to one place, we ended up calling him to come get us & we went to a place just outside city, as we could t do much in Florence due to driver saying he couldn’t. The Pisa was nice and got us close. When he picked us up at the port, the company didn’t even tell him we were going to Pisa & also had us back to ship at 545, when we were specific on reservation to be back at 630, so that was disappointing to cut things short.

Not worth it - not as advertised - Despite the comprehensive itinerary advertised, our tour only managed to visit three of the listed locations.
Furthermore, the tour guide assigned to our group was unable to communicate effectively in English. This made it difficult to understand the historical and cultural significance of the places we visited, and it significantly diminished our overall experience.
