- Children under the age of 9 are not allowed to climb the leaning tower for safety reasons, but they can enjoy other parts of the tour.
- There are 251 steps to climb the tower. There is no lift.

Great visit to the Tower - Knowledgeable guide. Good to see up front and personal. Should have a main location to meet that everyone can find. Not everyone knew of the statue to meet even though it's right in the middle of the piazza. Needs to be a more common name. Right across the way is a 'Subway' shop. Anyone can find that one.

Pisa Small Group Tour - Roberto was a great guide giving us lots of information about all the buildings and the history of Pisa. He showed us the best spot to take the must have photo from and was happy to take one for each of the group. Roberto made it a very enjoyable tour and we would highly recommend both him and the tour.

Seeing Pisa - I accidentally booked Italian speaking when I needed English speaking. My son & I were the only 2 in the group and our guide did it in English for us. He was kind and very knowledgeable with a bit of wit.

Pisa Miracle Square - Roberto, our tour guide, was the absolute best. His historical facts were amazing. We enjoyed the experience more because he was from Pisa and knew all of the history. His pride in his Pisa community helped to create a sense of purpose for all. I would highly recommend this tour so that you could maximize your time by understanding the significance of the Miracle square.

The Pisa tour experience stole our hearts. - Our tour guide was amazing! She knew so many things about every aspect of the baptistry, the chapel, the cemetery and Pisa. She as prompt and on time, had us through all of the check-ins without any problems, gave us time to use the restroom and had our bag storage all set up and paid for so we could climb Pisa without any issues. We felt like it was totally worth the money we paid for the tour and Pisa became one of our very favorite parts of our trip to Italy! We would do it again.

Great, comprehensive tour with Roberto - Had a great tour of Pisa. Felt like we learned so much and our tour guide, Roberto, was kind and wonderful. We did the optional climb of the Tower at the end and although it felt daunting, I was so glad we did it - was worth the effort! I did panic at first when I did not see our tour guide at the meeting point in front of the fountain so I called Walks and they got him quickly on the phone, turns out he was there, he was just a little off to the left side, holding a sign with my name on it but I was literally standing in front of the fountain as the directions said so I did not think to look a little further down the street, nonetheless, he found us and off we went on the tour. Roberto lives in Pisa and his knowledge is extensive. We did the 3:30 pm tour, we took a train from Florence that afternoon that arrived in Pisa at 2 pm and we had lunch at a restaurant in Pisa and then did the 3:30 pm tour and then took a 6:30 pm train back to Florence. Was a great experience.

Small group tour - This was a last minute booking and we had a great time! We were nervous things would be closed with it being Easter but this last minute option was a great choice. Our tour guide was so nice and the tour group was small. She did not leave without making sure everyone was together and made sure we got all the pictures or questions we needed before leaving! I definitely recommend!

Great experience. - They need to clarify the instructions in the reservation confirmation. We were supposed pick up tickets at an address where nobody was meeting us. After calling the contact number and texting the guide, we found out that the guide was waiting for us at another address.
After this initial issue the tour was a great experience.
Our guide was very friendly, provided lots of information about the sites..
