- Drivers are not official licensed guide, but they can give you commentaries of the sites seen from inside the vehicle. Professional English-speaking drivers are not allowed, by an agreement with the Labour Union, to enter museums, churches and other monuments.
- We can accommodate travelers that have just collapsible wheelchair. Our vehicles are not equipped by the ramp for a wheelchair.

Everyone in my group were over-the-top satisfied. Thanks M. Mancini, you and your team were exceptional! - As a travel specialist I have to be sure the people I care for and serve receive the experience they are looking for. I had 21pp in my group. This company operated with customer service excellence, professionalism. They provided 3 Mercedes comfortable vans, they were prompt, knowledgeable, proficient, accommodating and so much more. They knew the areas, they were organized took charge and made us feel valued while ensuring we got the experience we were looking for. Everyone in my group were over-the-top satisfied. Thanks M. Livorno small group - We loved Alberto, he was amazing ,very nice, and we got to see everything we wanted to see plus more!!! Alberto was always where he said he was going to meet us, told us a lot of info on the places we were seeing.

Livorno to Pisa and Florence Excursion - We booked this tour as an excursion while we were docked in Livorno during our cruise. Maurizio messaged me the day before with the pick up time. He was very prompt and clear with communication. The van he picked us up in was a very clean and brand new sprinter. It was very comfortable and it was also nice having WiFi onboard. When we booked this tour we were expecting Maurizio to be basically a driver and not much of a tour guide, however we were pleasantly surprised. He was extremely knowledgeable and really enhanced our experience. We actually hit traffic on the way to Florence and Maurizio called the police to see what was going on. We found out there was a car accident so Maurizio took us through the Tuscan countryside to detour the traffic. Everything was extremely well organized. The time we spent in Pisa was just right. We wish we would have spent more time in Florence but it’s not really possible when you only have a day trip from the cruise port. Maurizio also recommended a sandwich place in Florence that was very delicious and he took us to one of the best gelato shops we went to while in Italy. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour with time on your own! - Driver was prompt in picking us up from the port. He did a great job of giving some background info before dropping us off and then giving us free time in Pisa and Florence. Our driver, Hector, also offered us an impromptu stop at a Chianti winery. We all agreed and the detour gave us some great scenery to watch. We also made another stop with an amazing view of Florence. Great value and highly recommended!

Pisa & Florence tour - AMAZING - Our tour guide was Luca and he was absolutely AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable about all areas you will visit in Pisa, Tuscanny, and Florence. He speaks English excellent and explained things well. This was a top tour and I highly recommend Luca. You will learn a lot about these areas and enjoy him as your tour guide. Wish there were more like him!

Very Good Experience! - This was actually just the Florence on Your Own from Livorno trip (no stop in Pisa), but the connections to and from Livorno were excellent! On time guaranteed return to cruise port terminal was totally accurate - return was directly to the cruise ship without worrying about any shuttle from downtown Livorno. Optional guided tour for 1 1/2 hours was also available for a small fee of 5 euro.

Leaning tower of Pisa,Florence - This is a good tour if you get a guide that is good. We were hurried in Pisa and didn't get to see it all. You just need to make sure that you tell the guide exactly what you expect from them.

Total fraud - Ad shows picture of statue of David which would imply that seeing it is part of the tour. Informed in Florence that it was not included and that you need to make reservation days in advance.
Also don’t understand why title and some reviews call it a tour. Fine print says not a tour but just a driver who is not even allowed to exit his car to lead you anywhere or even comment to you.
