Upon arrival in Pisco, the excitement was palpable. Boarding the small CESSNA 208B – GRAND CARAVAN aircraft, I felt a rush of adrenaline. The plane ascended, and soon, the Nazca Lines came into view. These ancient geoglyphs, etched into the arid desert floor, are a testament to the ingenuity and mystery of the Nazca civilization. From the air, the lines formed intricate shapes and figures, each telling a story of a time long past.
