• High Falls - High Falls is one of the most stunning waterfalls in Western North Carolina. If weather and time allows you will also explore the base of the falls to get up close to the falls and feel the mist and breeze :)
• Hooker Falls - Hooker Falls is the first waterfall we will explore on our hike. This is a beautiful, serene location - perfect for making and enjoying a cup of coffee together. You will sit and enjoy the falls while leaning how to make a great cup of coffee outdoors.
• Triple Falls Trail - Triple Falls is the second waterfall on the hike. For these falls, we will view them from the overlook area. The overlook is at the top of the steepest climb of the day so we will stop there for a water break and time to take photos of this super pretty waterfall. :0

Our vicinity, Brevard, boasts of over 300 waterfalls, making it a challenge to decide where to journey during your stay. We strive to ease that choice - we’ll guide you to three of the most breath-taking waterfalls along a 3.5-mile route. The trail predominantly consists of level, gravel pathways, with two steep stretches spanning around 70 yards that are sure to increase your pulse. But fear not, the scenic sights at the end of these climbs make it all worth the effort.

Here’s our itinerary.

1. Your journey will begin at The Hooker Falls parking lot located in DuPont State Forest, with a trek to Hooker Falls. We’ll take a pause here to brew and enjoy a cup of coffee amidst nature. We’ll also guide you through the art of brewing coffee in the wilderness, including filtering water from the waterfall.

2. Our next destination will be Triple Falls. It will involve a steep ascent, but we’ll pace it out. Rest assured, the panoramic view from the top is absolutely worthwhile.

3. Once we’ve captured memories at Triple Falls, we will continue our adventure to High Falls - the perfect grand finale to our exploratory escapade.
