We’ve been offering regular group lessons for many years but this product is a step up with a closed out lessons for you and your friends only.

We meet generally close to the front door of the Sea Venture Hotel in Pismo Beach. There is an area we use with yellow pylons that is a no drive area we usually have our boards out and waiting for you. Look for the big white box truck that says SANDBAR SURF on the door. That's us!

Wonderful Experience - We had an amazing time on our surf lesson. I attended with my two kids aged 14 and 8. I was a little apprehensive about taking my youngest,but I was quickly reassured, and we all absolutely loved it. All the instructors were brilliant, super supportive and encouraging, but a special mention to Connor who was amazing with my kids. Everything was supplied wetsuits, boards etc, and my son really loved his free croc charm he was given at the end.
So glad we did this, it was one of the highlights of or holiday.

Great surf experience - Absolutely fantastic experience with Sandbar, right from getting wetsuits and boards, through to the lesson. Kids and adults had a blast!

Amazing experience - I and my son had private surfing lessons. The lesson was amazing . The instructor was so fun so patient and a great teacher. My 18 yr old had a blast . I had a fantastic time . I definitely would recommend of you are looking for a fabulous school look no further
