- Non-certified divers will receive a briefing on the correct use of diving equipment from a diving instructor before exploring a stunning shallow reef in front of our shop, with a maximum depth of 20 feet.
- Certified divers who haven’t dived recently will find this an excellent dive to refresh their skills.
- More experienced divers can explore WWII artifacts scattered in the sand at depths of 75-80 feet, now home to coral and marine life!
- All necessary equipment is provided. Please bring swimwear, towels, and dry clothes for transportation.

Experience one of Guam’s premier diving spots right in front of our beach shop at Apra Harbor! Dogleg Reef is renowned for its tranquil waters, featuring numerous coral reefs and tropical fish surrounding a sandy bottom with 80-year-old WWII artifacts scattered at depths of 75-80 feet. Green Sea and Hawksbill turtles are residents in the area, making them a frequent sight on most dives.
- Suitable for both beginner and advanced divers.
- Non-divers are also welcome to enjoy their first diving experience, with no certification required. Please mention this when booking. The maximum depth for the first dive is 20 feet.
- Rental dive equipment (BC, regulator, weights, mask, snorkel, boots, fins) is included.
- Choose between one or two dives.
- Operates in most weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- For dive gear sizing. All divers weights be advised at time of booking.
- Adult pricing applies to all divers.
- Groups with certified and first time divers can dive together.
- Taxi’s are very expensive. If you don’t have transportation please use our hotel pickup service for 0900 tours or contact us for other options.

Once you are on Route 11 (it’s about 3 miles or 5km) to the shop, you will drive by the Port of Guam, continue until the end of the road will get bumpy, you will go through a gate, we are the last shop on the left, you will see our sign Guam Ocean Adventures on the left side of road.

Great experience - My 14yrs old son and myself had a really good experience. We enjoyed the first dive, so we decided to have a second one. Wonderful feeling to stay quiet underwater with beautiful corals and fish, and the biggest thing was we could see a sea turtle! Thank you Bob!

Amazing diving experience - This was amazing diving experience for me and my friend! We both are first time divers and Bob was so nice and kind for instructing us. I was a bit nervous at first but Bob was by my side and it made me feel safe during the whole adventure.
We enjoyed the diving and there were many fishes and corals.

Five stars! - Bob was great! I was very worried since I never dove before this day but, Bob was fantastic! He took his time gave me very clear easy to follow instructions and eased my nerves. His communication even under water was easy!

Great for beginners! - This was so great! We have never gone scuba diving before, only snorkeling but we have always wanted to try. Bob was so kind and informative and we felt so safe and really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you for showing us how wonderful diving can be and inspiring us to do it more!

First time divers - Great experience. We were first time divers, and the instructor was very attentive and experienced, allowing us to right away feel comfortable with scuba diving. We had absolutely no issues during our dive. We saw lots of fish and coral, and were able to complete two dives.

We saw turtles on both dives. - Bob was great, very accommodating and easy to work with. Easy dive off the beach. Highly recommend a stop at Jamaican Grill when you finish, nice day!

Great experience! - The experience was great. Bob is an excellent instructor who seems to be doing this for his entire life. We felt safe diving with him as he took the time to explain the basics straightforwardly. I'd repeat any day.

Solo occasional diver - As a long certified but infrequent diver, Bob was very accommodating when booking me as a solo diver. Luis was a great dive master, who reviewed the basics with me on shore, in the water and at depth. We did two dives from the shore. The reefs just off the beach were great, we saw a couple turtles, a few WW2 artifacts and lots of fish. Highly recommended.

Our Guam beach dive experience - It was an interesting experience scuba diving from the beach, never done it before that way.
Bob came to fetch us from the hotel, but as we had our own rental car, we made our way there by ourselves. The sea was very warm at 30/31 C, so only a rash vest was required to dive in. The diving itself was not spectacular, but that is diving. one day great the next day average.
As a general comment, diving in Guam is limited nowadays. not many operators left. The pandemic has hit the island hard. So, Guam's beach diving is your best alternative. Bob, the owner and your dive master, is a pleasant host. If you are into seeing the small things, ask him to slow down. he can be a bit of a speedster.
A suggestion to Bob, consider bringing a flask of hot coffee (and maybe a biscuit) or some cool drinks for the divers to buy from you after the dive(s).
