Unforgettable immersive experience! - Extraordinary experience with Lorenzo as guide! He accompanied us to discover the Etruscan hollow streets near Pitigliano, telling us the history and secrets of these ancient routes in a passionate and engaging way. After the walk, he took us to a cellar dug into the tuff where we tasted typical local products, all exceptional. Lorenzo has demonstrated a deep knowledge of the territory and a genuine passion for his work. Highly recommended for those who want to live an immersive and unforgettable experience!

Experience Pitigliano - don’t just see it! - We had a wonderful experience with Lorenzo. An afternoon hike with emphasis on the historic and spiritual nature of an ancient route. Following the hike we were treated to wine cheese and meats in an ancient wine making cellar. Lorenzo was knowledgeable and well informed. Great afternoon!

The magical Pitigliano cave pathways hike - Lorenzo lead us on a wonderful hike through the via cave and was very informative about the history of the area and specific sites. Walking the carved paths was truly magical. The wine tasting afterwards was in an amazing place, very much worth seeing.

Lorenzo is the best hiking guide - Our time with Lorenzo Terzoli was so personable and humanizing. His gift to us this precious day far outstripped making sure we did not get lost in woods of Maremma or stumble around uninformed. He left us with an appreciation of the men and women and boys and girls who have graced this space for three or four millennia. And he inspired us to hope with him for the continued flourishing of this most beautiful place on earth.

Discovering history, territory, tradition and wine - If you are looking for a quality excursion this is really the right one. Lorenzo is a very prepared environmental Guide, he will be able to blend the pleasure of walking, to discover an enchanted territory, the history of the vie cava and the tuff villages, will answer your every curiosity in a pleasant and spontaneous way, will make your children laugh and will talk to them in a simple way to make them appreciate what they see. The final tasting in a historic winery whose visit alone is worth the trip, will be a convivial moment and an experience of flavors and aromas in the territory. Don’t think of the classic “guided tour” where they just provide you with pre-packaged information; Lorenzo knows how to build relationships and transmit the passion for his land that you too will love deeply.

Best ever tour - Lorenzo was an absolute legend, kind, patient and considerate. Very knowledgeable, answered all questions related to the tour, Pitigliano and the surrounding areas. He was very clear and his English was excellent. We had clear instructions for pick up and bang on time. The cost of the tour was unbelievable, I would of paid double for what Lorenzo did for us and the group. The best part for me was his and the group’s company at the end of the tour, we shared wine, food and stories. There is nothing that could make this trip or tour better, thank you Lorenzo.

Move beyond the obvious photos of Pitigliano - We spent almost three hours with Lorenzo, our guide, exploring the countryside and history around Pitigliano. We learned of the fascinating history of the Etruscans in the area while enjoying a walk from the main square of Pitigliano down to the river, up the ancient Via Cave to the plateau, and back again. At the end of the walk, Lorenzo took us to a private wine cellar under the streets of Pitigliano to enjoy local meats, cheeses, and, of course, wine. I recommend this tour most highly; we will certainly look to take another hike with Lorenzo when next in the area.
