Excellent tour of Pittsburgh! - First of all, the pick up point was a lovely clean little gift shop with a very nice restroom next door. Our tour guide was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and taught us a lot about Pittsburgh. We have never been to the area and welcomed all the information. Our driver was very careful and friendly. They were a great team!

Great Experience!! - Best hop on - hop off tour ever! )Very friendly driver and an amazing tour guide, Travis! Not only is Travis friendly, professional; he is very knowledgeable about Pittsburgh! He seemed to know everything about the various buidings and their artitecural designs! He made the tour very interesting! I should have tipped him more!

Nice tour with an excellent guide - The tour was amazing. Everything was perfect, especially the guide. I loved the way he described everything very well with a sense of wit. I didn't know much about Pittsburgh before, but now I have learned a lot about it. I really recommend this place to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

Enjoyable - Beautiful city. If you want to know where to go and what to do go on this first then plan your time! Driver was great in the heavy construction traffic. The guide was fun and delivered the information well. Only 4 stars because the guide was not very knowable of questions not scripted. Unlike many other bus tours, I have been on. At one point he pointed out something another rider asked about in the past, he had a story about that interaction, but he still did not know the answer. I would have taken that opportunity to anticipate that question coming up again and learned about it.
Over all very good, next time I’d take the hop on hop off option!

It as about as suspected - The tour was ok and so was the information. I wish there was more information on the history of the city provided. Weather turned out to be spectacular.

Horrible - The audio did not work. I didn’t even know we passed the Statue of Liberty. All the passengers were complaining about the audio, but the employees did nothing to fix it, nor did they compensate us in any way. And without the audio, there was no way of knowing what highlights we were passing. Do not take this tour. It was too crowded, too hot, and just plain horrible.
