  • East Allegheny - Get a taste of this former mostly German neighborhood
  • Allegheny City Brewing - Sample your second local beer here. Cheers!
  • Penn Brewery - Learn about the stunning history of the first craft brewery in town!
  • Heinz Lofts - Did you know that Heinz ketchup was invented in Pittsburgh? Pass by the old Heinz factory to hit the river trail to the next stop: Gristhouse!
  • Three Rivers Heritage Trail - Enjoy the river trails to take in the breathtaking view of the unrivaled skyline of Pittsburgh while having a small picnic with some local snacks
  • Grist House Craft Brewery - More beer samples! Try their flagship beers like Camp Slap, Fire on the Hill, Gristly Bear Brown, or Hazedelic Juice IPA
  • Millvale - Discover Millvale, a small neighborhood just off the beaten paths, and learn why it has this name (spoiler alert: It was not the steel mills! :-)
  • 40th Street Bridge - Cross this bridge by bike to take in a different angle of Pittsburgh’s city view (worth it!)
  • Eleventh Hour Brewing - More small tasters will make you appreciate this small but fine family-run business. A special corn dog will fuel you for the home stretch of this ride.
  • Lawrenceville - Ride through the up and coming neighborhood of Lawrenceville, now packed, with local shops, bars, restaurants - and breweries!
  • Strip District - See the transformation of the Strip District (no strip clubs!) first hand, with its central market house, food vendors, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops (Go, Steelers!). You will be impressed by its colorfulness and richness in smells. But please do NOT come hungry on this 3-hour bike tour! :-)
  • Aslin Beer Company - Round up your beer ride with one last drink!

The best of beer in the Burgh - Tons of fun and a brilliant way to get out of downtown and see a bit of the real Pittsburgh. Who knew there were so many breweries and so much good beer in one place?! :)

Great tour! - The bike route and breweries were fantastic! We always felt safe on the roads we biked. There are a couple hills but really not bad and it was ok to go slow. We really enjoyed our tour guides Diane & Dan - they brought homemade pickles for us to snack on halfway through. They knew a bunch of history about Pittsburgh that even we didnt know as Pittsburgh residents. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great tour to do in Pittsburgh - We loved the tour. Chuck our guide was excellent. He had a lot of knowledge on the various brewery visits and about Pittsburgh. We felt very comfortable riding around on the city streets and paths. We were very lucky to be the only ones on the tour so we had a very personal experience. Highly recommend this tour.

Amazing experience! Will be coming again!! - We absolutely LOVED this experience! Chuck our guide so fantastic and knowledgeable. As someone who is not familiar with biking in a city environment, Chuck made me feel extremely comfortable and confident. Each brewery we stopped at was energetic, spacious, unique, and delicious! We will be doing the tour again with friends and are recommending to everyone we know!!

Bike and Brewery Tour is Great! - Great balance between biking and brewery visits. Chuck was exceptional! Planning on repeating in the fall. Very fortunate as we were a small group -- and got plenty of special attention. Maybe try Sunday as we did. Strip district, traffic, and breweries a bit less busy. If you have bikes, park near History Center and take advantage of Pittsburgh bike lanes to meeting place.
