Very good city bus tour - The tour bus stops were very easy to locate, when we boarded we were given a map and a timetable. Unlike other hop on hop off buses we have had in the past which offer you headphones in a socket, there was an actual human tour guide pointing out all the relevant places with very amusing stories and anecdotes he was very knowledgeable and amenable I thought this was very good to have the personal touch. The bus stopped at a lot of places of interest around the city. My best tip would be to get an early bus if you want to stop at several places as the buses are not as frequent as other tours I have been on. I would recommend this tour as very good value for money and a good way to spend a day in Pittsburgh.

A fun day - The incline ride and just seeing the city. We like crossing the many bridges and the Warhol Museum. Ran out of time to make more stops. Tour guides were excellent.

Amazing Narrator - As our tour guide or narrator we thought RYAN was amazing. NARR is a German word meaning narrator, and RYAN was a truly wonderful NARR. He loves the city, the culture, the true stories, the corny jokes, and the eccentric stuff that happens in PGH. That passion came through and became contagious in a good way. Now we love PGH too, thanks. The driver Sandy and others were also wonderful. The route and scenery were excellent too.

Hidden Bus Stop - I bought 4 tickets online and selected the 12:55 pickup at Wyndham Hotel/Point State Park, listed at 600 Commonwealth Dr, the front entrance of the hotel. I never looked at anything else, just knew the time and pickup I selected during purchase. After the bus never showed I called to inquire. I was told the pickup spot was on the other side of the hotel at the "turn around" and I could wait another hour for the next bus. There is a pick up sign in the median of the street hidden by shrubs. I was told a refund was not an option.
