There is no need to contact the suppliers regarding your pick-up time for PRIVATE transfers unless you wish to alter the time specified in your booking confirmation. Please ensure you arrive at your confirmed pick-up location at least 5 minutes early and have your voucher ready to present to the driver. We cannot accept responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss their return flight if booking details have changed and we have not been informed accordingly.

The price per passenger includes: 1 suitcase and 1 hand (carry-on) luggage. If there is insufficient space in the luggage compartment, hand luggage must be transported in the cabin. If the luggage exceeds the allowed limit (1 suitcase and 1 small hand luggage), an additional charge may apply. Charges for excess luggage are applied on the spot.

How do you spot your chauffeur? When you’ve picked up your bags, your driver will be stationed outside the arrivals terminal, holding a board with your name on it. Kindly confirm your identity by presenting a copy of your reservation slip. In the unlikely scenario that you have trouble finding your assigned chauffeur – please ring the assist call support services listed in the confirmation slip where a representative fluent in English will assist you. (Remember to dial the international code if calling from a mobile or landline). Rest assured, right from the outset, the driver will provide top-notch service, answer all your queries, and provide all the necessary information.

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
