Zakopane well worth a visit - Christian was our guide for the day. Picked us up on time. Visited shepherd's hut and sampled some cheese and vodka which was beautiful. Zakopane cable car and views from the top were amazing. Sampled some Polish food in Zakopane town which was lovely. Last stop of day was to thermal springs which inside was just too busy but in the outdoor pools there was a bar and it was very relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for Christian he is very knowledgeable and informative and also gave us some laughs during the day. Thanks for a great tour

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - My boyfriend and I booked this tour during our weekend in Krakow. Here is what we thought
The Good:
- Our tour guide Michael was amazing! So helpful and informative, even to the point of sending us recommendations of things to do both during the trip and in Krakow.
- The pick up was from round the corner of the hotel, straightforward and efficient
- The tour was definitely value for money, and ran very smoothly
- The price included use of the Cable Cars which provided fantastic views across the town
- The price also included use of the thermal baths, which due to school holidays were particularly busy for my liking but an experience nonetheless!
The Bad:
- We do not have anything negative to say about this tour, everything was made easy and Michael was fantastic. We booked this through getyourguide and would definitely do it again!

Great day out - Excellent trip to Zakopane, with vodka & cheese tasting, ending with thermal baths.
Simon the guide & Sebastian the driver were marvellous.

Zakopane and thermapools - Amazing day from start to finish. brilliant views in zakopane and the thermapools were lovely. So glad we got to do this trip and would recommend to anyone visiting krakow.

One word WOW - If you want to do any trip do this one! Me and my mum had the most amazing time! The Guide Michal is amazing and tells you everything you need to know and handy tips to get you through the day. Not to mention he’s an absolute breath of fresh air, his sense of humour is unmatched. As for the tour itself… you will never get a better view of mountains than those of the Tatra. Life can sometimes seem mundane and when you think you’ve seen it all, seeing those views really did just open your eyes to the natural beauty in the world. I absolutely loved the thermal baths too, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely be returning! And would book with this company again!

Michael is a credit to the company - We had booked this tour through Tripadvisor and the day before we were sent a text message from Michael with all the information that we needed for the following day. Michael picked us up at 8am and was very welcoming from the moment we got on his bus. He took us to the multiple stop points and was full of great information about everywhere we went which made the day quicker. He also sent over recommendations at every stop. The only problem with the tour was that the minibus is very cramped for space however it was very clean and tidy and the driver was also great.

What a wonderful day! Our... - What a wonderful day! Our tour guide Mike was absolutely brilliant. He did such a good job being our guide during the whole trip, he was full of knowledge about the areas we visited on the day and he was very funny. Whilst in Zakopane waiting for the chair lifts up to the mountains, he got us fast entrance by skipping the queue which was very impressive as we were a big group and this saved us a lot of time not having to wait in the big queue. I would highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed.

Underwhelming and big crowds - Hotel pick-up for us wasn't quite that, but not far. There was a lot of waiting at the outset as whilst the booking said pickup at 9am, it came through on a long WhatsApp as 8am and some people hadn't checked.
The journey to Zakopane was pleasant, and the stops along the way were ok, but it was very busy, and considering we'd paid £360 for 4 of us, I ended the day feeling disappointed.
Zakopane was mobbed and getting up the mountain to see the view from what felt like a seaside town promenade was underwhelming. We had to queue for a further 40 minutes to get back down to then find lunch.
The thermal baths were also packed, and having been to some in Bulgaria were just overwhelming, human soup!
Having left at 8 am, we eventually got back at 8.45 pm so be prepared!
