After a booking is made, the team will reach out for further details. They will contact the customer via email, WhatsApp, or phone to confirm the exact pick-up location and inquire about the items being carried. Additionally, they will ask if any extra services are needed to enhance the stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments are provided for convenience.

Once the customer is dropped off at their destination, the team will arrive safely and without any issues. This allows them to offer additional assistance if needed and ensure satisfaction with the services.

We also provide taxis at the Mauritius Cruise Terminal in Port Louis. Cruise ships arrive in Mauritius between October and March each year.

We usually operate 24/7, but late-night transfers can also be prearranged upon request.

For departure (hotel pick-up), we recommend that your preferred pick-up time be at least 3 hours before your flight time due to the traffic conditions in Mauritius. Use Google Maps to determine distance and travel time, or talk to us about it.

Always mention the child’s age in the booking if you are ordering a child or toddler seat.

Please include any special requests in the space provided in your booking. If you will be bringing surfboards, golf bags, or other items that don’t count as normal luggage, please indicate that here as well.

Drivers can only speak English, French, Hindi, and other local languages.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
