We have gone on the same princess carriage every Christmas since 2007 and now we get to bring our two daughters. This is one of my most precious memories. Thank you!!!!

The staging area was confusing and not special. The young woman who drove our Princess carriage was not friendly or receptive to questions or offering information. Our guide and daughters seemed to enjoy the sights but not overly excited. Luckily we had a couple blankets in the car to keep us warm. I mistakenly thought some would be provided. The carriage was nice and comfortable for 6.

Canceled our reservations 30 minutes prior to our reservation. Very disappointing, no real resolution given besides an apology. Had this booked for over a month.

I just don't fill like I got the bang for my buck. I was expecting a way better experience for what I paid. The princess carriage was late getting to us but it brought us back on time, in fact it left the neighborhood early, I didn't say nothing to the person driving but I watched the time both ways, I suspect they assumed since we were getting the experience we wouldn't be paying attention to the time. I definitely got cheated out of about 20min due to the late arrival and early return. Not cool at all. Something should be done about this.
