- Centro Comercial La Mulata - After a briefing about the dive and the meaning of the statues, we leave for a 15 min boat trip to Museo Atlantico. You dive approximate 45 min between the statues of the museum. This program is for certified divers only. You need a certificate that allows you to dive to a minimum depth of 12 meters. For non-certified divers we offer a different program to visit Museo Atlantico

The Museo Atlántico is an art collection comprising 10 varying sectors of sculptures. It includes the Rubicon, a set of 35 human-like structures advancing towards a wall, inspired by the locals of Lanzarote. The Museo Atlántico is an art collection comprising 10 varying sectors of sculptures. It includes the Rubicon, a set of 35 human-like structures advancing towards a wall, inspired by the locals of Lanzarote. The well-known Raft of Lampedusa on display is a nod to the ongoing refugee situation. Adding to the collection is a bunch of juveniles in petite brass vessels, termed as Los Jolateros. There exist numerous melded sculptures (a fusion of human and cactus) that convey the blending of humanity and nature, cohabiting in impeccable accord. The structures of a pair clicking a selfie and a few photographers bring attention to the influence of technology in contemporary culture. Deregulated, an interactive playground where professionals in business attire enjoy swing and seesaw, is another highlight. Completing the display is a human vortex encompassing 200 full-size sculptures positioned in a continuous loop.
- Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive
- Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

Well run, by good people - recommend 100% - My daughters (16 & 14) and I did a package of five dives. Saw lots including Angel Shark, Rays, Morais, Barracuda Shoals and some large jacks hunting smaller fish.
The team are all great, equipment spot-on and dive sites are no more than 15mins on the RIB.
Museum was a unique experience and exceeded my expectations - briefing from Damo on that one was really excellent and informative.
We interacted with others doing intro dives and certs - everyone was very happy. Thanks to the team!

Friendly amazing staff and diving from start to finish - Had 4 really good dives ending up with a turtle as a guide during the museo dive. Although we have 40 plus dives, the dive masters always made sure everything was fine with special thanks to Damien and Martina both great dive masters with fun at all times ( sometimes on a guided dive , experienced divers can be overlooked if diving with new divers but not in this case) everyone at dive college was very friendly and thanks to everyone we may not have spent much time with. Jessica is amazing and was the first contact we had on the shop side of things and was a pleasure and could not do enough. If it’s your first discovery dive or your hundredth dive we cannot recommend the staff and dive centre enough, we will absolutely dive with them again when we are back on the island. Do not be fooled the centre is run by amazing divers and set up for all divers and all levels of experience and not just a try dive centre as other local dive centres may have you believe.

Great diving experience and great dive center for divers and non divers - I did refresher dive and dive to museo, with my friend who did not have diving license. Even if i did not dive in many years, everything went very smoothly. First dive we did in different groups, second one we did together and from the same boat. Instructors were great, experienced and friendly. You are in good hands. Before going to museo we were introduced with the story, so you understand the meaning of every statue. We also saw some interesting marine life. Instructor was also making videos and pictures of divers, they send it to you for 20€ per group. You can have your own gopro though. Overall it was great experience, so we booked another dive to Flamingo wall and saw more interesting animals. We dived in two groups (divers and non divers). Will gladly come back when in Lanzarote again.

Thank you all - Reviews are a tool made for customers and I hope you won't mind if I'll write one to talk about my personal experience, which however is that of an instructor who has just stopped working with Dive College after three outstanding years.
I'm leaving for a damn pleasure for the adventure, but a big part of me would have remained forever in this diving center, where every day I worked in a unique environment made of friendship, knowledge, safety, passion for the ocean and lots of laughs.
In these three years I have helped Dive College to make you live diving experiences with the aim of making them unforgettable, but what not all people consider is how much work goes into safety and fun, always willing to give 100% to scuba diving: a job that with Bart, Damien, Bob, Steve and Stefano has always been simple.
Great individuals and even greater as a team, and I'll always thank Poseidon for giving me the opportunity to be part of this.
So thanks Bart, thanks Damo, thanks Sir, thanks Steve and thanks Ste... and thanks also to you all who shared beautiful days and dives with me, who knows if we'll meet again on other sides of the ocean.
To everyone else I can just recommend to have a special day with these extraordinary people, either allowing them to take you diving for the first time or to lead you in the underwater beauty of Lanzarote: that's the only way to find out if i was right or not.

Impressed - Made fantastic dives. The museum has made an impression and is highly recommended for divers and non-divers, especially with Bob's accompanying story. The dive with Damian was very relaxed, I enjoyed all the beauty underwater, so many schools of fish remains impressive. Diving as diving is meant to be enjoyed. It was busy and hectic at the diving school, but this had no influence on the guidance. Beautiful memories made.

Fantastic team - Having not dived for a few years we booked a refresher course/dive, and then the Mueso Atlantico Dive. Dive College Lanzarote took our safety so seriously they sent us for a Doctor's medical first - fair enough we are getting on a bit now!
The refresher course was great, a recap on what we needed for a dive and all delivered professionally and clearly. The recap dive was also very well executed.
The Museo dive was in choppy water and my wife had a bit of a problem going down with equalizing her ears. Wasn't a problem at all, the Instructor stayed with her and kept checking she was OK, until she was able to make it to the ocean floor.
The statues are incredibly original, and the overall tour was profound, as was the story told.
Can't thank the team enough for the experience, and the extra help given to my wife. Whilst this was our last dive, it was a great one to go out on!

Scuba Centre - Great Diving Centre ! All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and make you feel at home. From being picked up and dropped off, to the standard of the divemasters everything is brilliant. Have been a few times and can't wait to come back !

Friendly accommodating and professional. Highly recommend for diving trips and tuition - Excellent. I was well looked after by great professionals. The team were very accommodating to my timetable. I took a brief shore dive to refresh skills and it was most rewarding. Then off to the museum Atlantic. The brief was excellent and really helps with the tour. The dive was excellent maybe I can upload photos later… hell even the boat ride was fun. It was easy to see all the groups were well looked after and some young students I saw later in the day were raving about the course. Great communication, organisation and thanks again for a great day! I highly recommend diving here be it a course , or a trip.
