Top excusions, great prices - Were given a recommendation for this company and didnt realise we were already following via facebook and tiktok We dealt with Sarah who was very patient and couldnt do enough for us, she recommended some trips and we decided on the 3 hour off road buggy/Tiede tour a buggy for 6 not for the faint hearted but really enjoyed it. We also decided on a private charter excursion on the Galatea boat, when we arrived for a PM sailing some customers were coming off excursions saying how bad the sea was and everyone sea sick, the Captain of the Galatea came and spoke to us and gave us 3 options, go out (wont be enjoyable) postpone or cancel with a full refund. Luckily for us we were here for 2 weeks so we opted to try again the following week im so glad we did, it did not disapoint! The captain was helpful, informative - Soft drinks, water, beer and wine all included along with a tray of sandwiches crisps, snacks and sweets for the kids. We were lucky enough to see some whales and got a chance to do some snorkeling, well worth the money with the added bonus of it being "exclusive" to our family of 6 We also booked jet-ski and parasending with Sarah - no issues Would highly recommend and if was to return to Tenerife would defo use again :)

Amazing boat trip via the lovely Laura! - Heard about TFE from seeing Mattie on TikTok. As we were in Tenerife at the same time as a few of our friends, we decided to charter a boat & of course, TFE were our 1st choice. We were lucky to be in contact with the wonderful Laura, who we initially dealt with via WhatsApp but then met in person once we arrived. She was so friendly, kind & knowledgeable & gave me some great advice as I was worried about going on a boat as I get seasick. The boat trip itself was brilliant - there were 16 of us on the boat, ranging from aged 11 to 55 looked after by the lovely Santhi who kept us constantly supplied with drinks. The food was also fab. We got to see loads of whales & dolphins and then fish when we stopped to snorkel. After following Laura’s advice I didn’t feel at all seasick. I would 100% recommend TFE - they listen to exactly what you want & make you feel important, even though they must deal with so many people.

Great and professional - We had an amazing experience on boat! The boat was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, providing us with great comfort throughout the trip. Andreea was very professional and attentive to the proces of the reservation every detail, ensuring we had the most wonderful experience on the water. We were impressed with her knowledge and her friendly way of interacting with us. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic day at sea. Great service from Lisa. - Booked two trips today with Lisa Fay, and what a great service she offered. Nothing was too much for her. I booked a private charter for the family and monkey park all done within 10 minutes. She even waited while the boss signed off on them ( the wife). Would highly recommend Lisa and the company for any excursions. Five Star service

The best excursion ever! - The most amazing time ever! From start to finish the boat was amazing, captain was so informative, just perfect! Daniel was so amazing in helping us sort the excursion, he gave us all the information we needed! I even got engaged on the boat! Most perfect setting !
